Went into B&N after purchasing a drone from another store. The cashier Alexander C demanded the receipt. I didnt have the receipt and B&N doesnt sell drones duh. He grabbed my item which detained me for suspected theft. The other cashier had told him that B&N doesnt use those price tags. I didnt get much of an apology. After the complaint they said theyd make a note of it. I think its way out of line and you guys are asking for a lawsuit. I wont be returning ever again.

I always have fun here! I start with the bargain aisles downstairs and end with the clearance upstairs. Between I end up laughing, smiling, & usually with a birthday or 2 taken care of in advance. I recommend starting & ending the mall here. Be sure to find the manager David - hes amazing. Wheelchair rating: 5 stars (they have their own elevator ) Gluten-free rating: 3 stars (the usual coffee and drinks)

Its nice to see that there are some physical book stores still around, but when I go there, I remember why there isnt more around. The prices for practically all the books are horrendous, especially when I can get the same books online for way cheaper. On a positive note though, I do love hanging out in book stores to look through the the books.

Fantastic, over the top customer service. I walked in with my rambuncuous two year old and FOUR employees made sure that I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed, a color nook! Which btw is awesome and am posting this comment from. Thank you for going the extra mile for me!

I like it. Its a great place to read and they have comfy couches, etc. but first come first serve(: Its very organized and theres a cafe downstairs where you can buy pastries, drinks, etc. to drink/eat while reading. Its clean.(:

My only real reason for coming to Clackamas Town Center anymore is Barnes & Noble. Theres just something about being able to have a nice hot cup of coffee and sit in a lounge chair and page through some of the worlds top books.

This store is mismapped. It is not near Foster Rd. It is south, part of the Clackamas Town Center. Two Story B&N in a large mall.
