Non negotiable period. I called and inquired about a 2008 clk350 convertible. I saw on craigslist that 22 days ago, it was $9,995. Now it is $8,995. I offered to pay $8,500 cash despite the indented portion near the back glass on the soft convertible top that looked concerning to me. This a very reasonable offer that I made since the market value for it is $8,400 and they probably bought it at auction for $5,500 if that. Poor customer service over the phone. I took this as a red flag since they didnt care about me before I buy from them, they will definitely not care about me after I buy from them and realize that there are some major issues that need attention. I asked about the carfax report and was told over the phone that I could look at it for free at their website. I said ok, Im looking it up now. To be disbelief, the person on the phone said, Im not gonna wait for you and walk you through it. I am not going to buy from here. All they care about is $$$$ not about the customer of even providing a quality buying experience. Even if they decide to sell for $8,000, Ill pass. Too many red flags to stay away from this place. Dont believe, me? See for yourself. You be the judge. So... no thank you.

After searching for a new “used” car for several months, I landed on NW Motorcars and purchased a used luxury SUV at a very competitive and fair price. I’ve bought, sold, and traded-in many vehicles over the years and this was easily in the top two best experiences I’ve had. When I first went to NW Motorcars I wasn’t sure what to expect and was greeted by a very clean, well-organized showroom and, in my opinion and experience, a top-notch inventory of quality luxury used cars. After chatting with Curtis, it was clear that he is passionate about his work and approached sales with honest transparency. This was evidenced by thoughtfully and knowledgably answering questions, providing a Carfax, and letting me take the SUV to my mechanic prior to committing to purchasing: it checked out great. Overall, I found communication very responsive, sincere, friendly, and clear. Prior to NW Motorcars, I’d only experienced this level of professionalism and customer service at large, high-end, e.g. local Lexus and BMW, dealerships. I received an exceptional rate for financing and it took very little time to finalize the sale as everything was ready to go. An easy 5 out of 5 stars.

The man working in there Curtis had given me a quote on a vehicle i wanted to trade in. Once i brought the vehicle there he low balled me thousands of dollars under what he said he would give me on the phone. He said the reason was the minor body damage in which i had already sent him pictures of before he gave me a price quote. The car that i was checking out as a trade had oil leaking out of the head gasket and the motor made a ticking sound. When i inquired about the oil and noise he snapped at me and made me feel like i was dumb for asking about it. Then when he went to educate me on the reasons for it he was just belittling instead of being informative. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Also half the reviews that are 5 starred on here are from the same people. Kinda pointless to review a place multiple times.

I went to this dealer not knowing what to expect. Gotta say the experience was great. Got an Audi from here the condition of the car is great. Very smooth and fun to drive. The process was quick and easy, no stress in buying a car from here. The owner is great and makes it stress free to buy the car. All the cars are kept in a warehouse which is very cool, they stay nice and clean. Pricing is very good here also. Carfax is defiantly something this dealer has. I even got a reduction in the price even though the cars was listed at a very good price anyways.Just gotta say this dealer is confident in the cars he sells and I understand why.When I will be looking for another car Ill defiantly be looking here. After many months of research and haggling with a seeming endless parade of sketchy used car salesman, I gave Northwest Motorcars a shot and the difference was immediately notable! Curtis was prompt, knowledgeable, flexible, and above all honest. He worked with me to get great financing and an extremely competitive price. There was no "game" here! My experience with Curtis at Northwest Motorcars was amazing! We had driven out to look at the car and test drive it. Within that day I had decided to purchase it. Curtis had held the car for the next couple of days for me, took a small deposit for the car over the phone and i was able to pick it up the following Thursday. Curtis was awesome! I emailed him, and he called me to setup a time. My husband and I came with our two little girls to look at a VW Jetta. We were there just about an hour and 15 minutes, and this was for the test drive and the financing and signing of paperwork. Nice and Easy! I would do it again the next time! I love that his cars are kept inside, each is so clean, Curtis is super friendly! Not like the other car dealerships, i highly recommend him! Thank you Curtis!

Best car buying experience ever (Im in my 70s and Ive had many, some OK, most not so much). Curtis is friendly, helpful, polite, and respectful. Most of all, hes professional and efficient. The entire process was made easy, actually pleasant & fun. I got a good deal, and a great vehicle. I would highly recommend this small company to anyone, and already have to my own friends and relatives. This is the way all car dealers should be!
