I hate to pop them with a 0, but the fact is my girlfriend and myself got identical tattoos here and they were terrible. She went back for a fix and the gentleman still could not fix it. Im not talking about all the artists here. A girl at the front desk told us Travis was good at lines for a Native American Tattoo we wanted. It was a terrible job. Maybe it was an off day, maybe way too much coffee. At this point I would absolutely not recommend HPP for ink. Mistakes are costly when it comes to ink and they never did right the wrong. Fix this problem and Ill gladly delete my review or update to a better one.

I made an appointment with Eugene tattoo for a piece, the artist had a week to draw up my tattoo when I arrived for my work to be done he told me that he didnt draw up my tattoo that he drew someone elses so I left there went straight to high priestess and Travis drew up my tattoo in an hour and rocked it out all in the same day plus it looks bad ass I have also got my dermal piercings my wife not her neck dermal and nose pierced and my daughter had her nose and industrial done I Ill never go anywhere eltse ever again highly recommended shop great customer service

I got my lip pierced a few years ago, and that was a bad experience, not because of the piercer, but because I developed some pretty serious scar tissue that I still accidentally bite to this very day. More recently, though, I got my septum pierced, and the entire experience was awesome. I love my piercing, and I think the customer service is great and everyone is really nice. I would definitely go back. I also have got some wonderful tattoos that I get compliments on regularly.

I got my nipples, septum, and belly button pierced here. The staff was super kind and genuine they sometimes come off a little strong but theyre unique and thats just some of their personalities dont take it offensively. I absolutely love how clean and safe they are with the tools and jewelry they use. They are extremely helpful and honest to the core. I highly recommend getting your peircings done here. This will probably be the only place I go to get them done.

I have gotten several piercings here, and they always do a good job. Recently, I got my labret pierced and when it was resized, it may have been done wrong, because my expensive rose gold jewelry fell out. Thankfully, the customer service is very good, because the manager replaced the jewelry free of charge and was very gracious. Ill definitely be back for tattoos.

Greatest care by piercers, they are completely honest and do immaculate work. Greatest care Ive had at a shop. They are very friendly and personable, really treat you as person. They just want to make it easy for you to do what you want and feel comfortable. I have had them do 7 of my piercings and Ill never go anywhere else (not even my home town)

Speaking of the Eugene-campus location: Theyre all super nice and willing to help you out, even if you just need another bag of sea salt to clean your piercing. Ive had my septum and nostril done there and I wont get pierced anywhere else. I have had both Jim and Alex and both are wonderful piercers and human beings. No complaints.

I got my tongue pierced yesterday Im so happy with it. Every one was super friendly and the guy that gave me my piercing was awsome he knew I was a little nervous so he assured me that I was gonna be ok and befor I knew it it was over. I can honestly say I loved my experience there and will be going back soon

I love their customer service. They are genuinely nice and want make sure their work is done right. I was completely floored after coming in with an issue with my piercing and they helped me out quickly, safely, and kindly. I would totally recommend this place for piercing and piercing maintenance.

I had a Lebret done there and wouldnt do it again. my piercer went at a severe angle with the needle so now any spike ball or spike I have in points to my right. Im stuck using a ball as you cant see the direction of the piercing. Georg was my piercer.

Years ago, this used to be "the" place for body modifications, piercings. With the move to a nicer building, its lost that edgy clientele in favor of piercing childrens ears. Disappointed with the last visit, so its the last visit there.
