My wife sought out this intimate coffee shop due to their use of a locally sourced and family roasted beans from Bespoken Coffee Roasters. She also had been here once before. From the setting, to the coffee and the chat I had with Aidan, everything was top notch and very personable. Turns out the chocolate and caramel admittedly are both made by ownership for their establishment - and it shows. He provided us with a kids steamed hot chocolate at just the right temp for the kiddos, then proceeded to make my wife a decaf dark caramel mocha w/ coconut milk. I took the dark chocolate peppermint, as the mint was from a company I had never seen or heard of. Let me say its easily the best coffee Ive had in town, topping out typical visit to Allan Bros. our long time favorite. He proceeded to tell me they opened up a new location in Southtowne that we can hit more conveniently from Hwy 99 entering into town. The four drinks were carefully made and works of art

Nice quiet place to get some work done on a Sunday afternoon. Staff is always friendly and knows their coffee very well. With consistently well poured shots and excellent latte art with all milk types they have best cortado Ive have in Corvallis. The chai is excellent as well though not brewed in house. The food menu is slim pickings but the baguettes go well well with their coffee despite being a bit tough to chew and the pastries are decent as well. If you are interested in high quality espresso it is must.

Best coffee in town - you wont be disappointed. Even the "coffee snobs" at my work who roast their own and are super picky about the coffee they drink will come here! Service is great and friendly, and the atmosphere is very charming. Can be a bit crowded at times due to their small location, but this is only a testament to the great quality of espresso, coffee and teas they offer! It is always worth the wait.

Grade A, guys. Always a great experience to stop by. Tried and True really knows their stuff. The baristas are all very friendly and very knowledgeable, and will answer your (read: my) many questions about their coffee. The owner roasts their beans and dials in the espresso every day, so you can expect a great cup every time, with beautiful art on top. The best coffee in Corvo, hands down.

Is a pretty coffee shop, the service was ok. I do feel like the atmosphere is to trendy, and cant really see my self wanting to stay here and work. The staff is friendly but I felt like I needed to be part of a club to be with the cool crowd. The coffee drinks are expensive compare to other quality coffee shops in corvallis but I guess they use local companies supplies.

This place does an espresso the right way. Ive been waiting for that in this part of Oregon for a long time. Their cappuccino and cold brew options are as good as any Ive ever had, as well. The friendliness of the staff makes going here a relaxing experience, and their helpful suggestions while ordering have helped me get just the drink I wanted.

I like the coffee and the people very much. I also like the decor. It is a tiny shop similar to one you might find in downtown Melbourne Australia. What I dont like is the fact that customers come in set up their laptops and use that limited space for hours. So I rarely go here anymore as I like to sit down and have my coffee not get it to go.

best coffee in Corvallis.. We have been waiting since we moved to town for someone to provide this level of coffee and now it is here. I got an americano that was as good as anything I have ever had. if you have not been here there yet, check them out. cute atmosphere, great service. Will make it my main coffee go to when i am downtown.

Tiny spot. Pleasant service, minimal seating. Donut was delicious. My cortado was served as expected, in true Argentinian style, but I found the brew bitter. Would definitely come back but maybe try a different coffee preparation to see if its just a one off or perhaps Im not a fan of their coffee suppliers roasting style.

This has continued to be a favorite location for grabbing a great coffee and catching up with friends. The owners are great at finding quality baristas and feature many local foods. They have just recently started serving great sandwiches made in house. I highly recommend either of their two locations.

Best espresso in Corvallis. They always have a single origin coffee and their blend, both of which they roast in house at their south location. Great staff, and their barristas know how to make the most of their coffee. Their donuts are great too. Highly recommended.

Was recommended by a friend to stop in for great coffee and i wasnt disappointed. In fact I stopped in four more times in the two days I was there. The roast was smooth and bold with complex flavors. Their pastries were great too. I took some beans home with me.

The coffee is phenomenal, as is the service and decor. Its like a little bit of Portland here in Corvallis. Its a small shop, so it can get crowded, but they cant expand because its a historical building. Try their mocha and caramel latte, both are fantastic.

They serve the best coffee in town hands down. Great atmosphere, welcoming staff. Theyre pretty busy on Saturdays during the market, so if you hate crowds, dont go then. They also have Nutcake donuts from Philomath and save me trip to get the best donuts too!

This is, first and foremost, the most quality coffee Ive been able to find in town. It is rich and dark, but doesnt taste burnt. The Ecuadorian Drinking Chocolate is absurdly tasty as well. The staff are good conversationalists and service is solid. Hooray!

Fast service and it feels home-y. It was recommended to me by a friend and I like it more than Dutch Bros or Starbucks. Its small, but if you have a few minutes in your day, just sit and enjoy something as simple at coffee (tea) and relaxing music.

Upon first looks this place may seem small in space. Both the beverages and those who work there are enjoyable. If you looking for coffee or coffee & a place to hangout, come check them out.

Great coffee and pretty good doughnuts too! Only wish there was more space for sitting and visiting with friends... Make an addition in North Town and South Town!

Small coffee shop with very limited seating, but great coffee! Note that their "small" is a Starbucks short (8oz) and their medium is a Starbucks tall (12oz).

Best coffee in Corvallis. Not a lot of seating, but it has a cozy atmosphere. They also get great baked goods from all over the Willamette Valley.
