I never catch her name but theres a young blonde woman who works here and is extremely rude. She got my order wrong and I swear I was polite about it but she got super huffy about having to fix it. I mean come on, I ordered a venti, I paid for a venti, dont give me a grande and expect me to be cool with it. She will also never acknowledge you if you made a mobile order and come in for pick up. It honestly seems like all the nice people went to work at the Perkins st one.

I love coming to this location because I rarely have to wait for long. The team here is friendly, fast and from my observation, works very well as a team! Maybe thats what makes this store so efficient!

There was a long line when I showed up but it moved pretty quickly. Drive thru staff was friendly and service was prompt. Items arrived as requested.
