I have lost respect for this place, there was clerk that trolled my fiance in the store on two separate occasions being pushy about making an expensive sale. Telling my fiance that that her choices were wrong, "No you dont want that one you want this one..." Both times she went to the albany store, both times this clerk was there, both times being pushy to make a expensive sale, following them around, so when she spoke up and please stop I already know what i am here for, she left them alone, when time to make the transaction, my fiance apologized for her attitude, and the clerk stated, " its ok, youre pregnant, so I knew you were going to be a b!tch" yes she is pregnant, but she apologized for giving a attitude. That is not how you address customers.
