I have been here 4 times. Every time I have been there I have been surrounded or repeatedly approched by employee. I understand its part of the their title to approach and try to "help" but if a person(me) tries to walk away or isnt really conversing , I would think that would be understood that I appreciate the gesture but would rather do this one on my own. I let this slide the first couple of times but what finally pushed me was that one of the employees literally ran up to me. First, I was startled , then told him I wanted to make a return and before I even got to the counter asked me for my items and walked away somewhere without even acknowledging me. He then came back and told me " he guesses I can return my unused pasties." The whole thing was strange. I did not have my card for them to refund me so I did an even exchange. I was followed the whole time and everywhere I was in that big store there would be some male employee right next to me. Even when I was looking at their panties, the manger ( who had been follwoing the whole time) was conveniently organizing the same rack I was at. I just grabbed what I saw first soo I can leave asap. I was so uncomfortable.. I have reason to believe it may have something to do with me being black, just a guess, but who really knows?...but what I do know, is that I will not be going back there ever again . And would rather go ANYWHERE else, even one of those truck stop adult shops.

I usually love this store, and love the employees, but today me and my partner were very offended by one of the employees. I dont know her name cause they dont wear nametags, but me and my boyfriend were testing out the whips on each other and were laughing and having fun when the store had like one other customer it in, and when we put the whips away the employee rudely told us that we were being disrespectful and we needed to play "nice" with each other, and she kept going off about us needing to be quiet. And immediately i felt like i couldnt talk the entire time, and I had to be a quiet mouse with my friends and me and my boyfriend were really uncomfortable and wanted to leave right away. I have never been called disrespectful in my entire life so it really hurt both of our feelings. On the other hand, the other employee guy was very nice to us and engaged with us the entire time, so because of him we will probably go back.

Awesome store. Staff was very friendly and gave advice on sizes and types of clothing in stock. They have a large selection of clothing items. The inventory changes weekly. Staff knew what they had and what was good. I enjoyed the visit, because we found what we wanted with ease, no pressure, and with comfort.

Very clean, and staff was very helpful. Prices are average and fair. They have something for everybody! I was very happy with my experience. One of the guys was extremely helpful in finding a product i would enjoy. I will absolutely be returning.

Evey time I go, the staff is always so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My boyfriend and I went in and had quite a few questions that Xana had the perfect answers for. Loved it. And the boyfriend sang Xanadu the whole way home :3

The sales people are very well informed on products, it is female friendly and definitely worth the trip to this place. I am sad that they moved locations however because it used to be so close to me.
