On Sat Jan 14,2017 the motor in my mothers heating unit at her house burned up. The heat and air service company my mother uses, called Lockes Supply Warehouse about 15 minutes to noon asking if they had a motor. The clerk said he did but he had just closed for the day. The service man he would reopen so he could come get the motor, but he soul have to charge him $100 to reopen the store. Mind you the clerk was still at the store, he had not left. That is outrageous to charge someone $100 dollars to reopen his store. I mean basically, to unlock the door when he drives up. I have never heard of that happening before. Trust I will gladly tell this story to everyone I know. I will also encourage people not to shop with this company again. You can put me down as one very, very dissatisfied customer.

The guy behind the plumbing counter sucked. He acted completely annoyed that I was there and had the nerve to ask where the item I needed was located. He responded by aburptly saying the didnt have it, so I looked and found it myself. Screw that guy
