Ive dealt with them off and on for 10 years. Im not a journeyman electrician but have been in the electrical/electronic engineering industry for 40 years. Consequently I dont know the proper names for a lot of fixtures and parts and often have to explain what need. Overall Ive had less attitude from these guys than the other dealers in the area. I go there first. Sometimes they are higher priced but its been worth it.

Terrible customer service. I had Oscar Ortiz quoting me on some specific LED lights needed for an important light fixture at a Dow Chemical plant. This guy dodged 4 emails over a span of 8 days. Never got a single response. No more business to these folks and I recommend you go elsewhere as well.
