FILTHY EXPENSIVE GARBAGE!!! Ive been in this store several times and THE PRICES ARE SO OVERPRICED it really makes me wonder how they sell ANYTHING!!! Out of all the S. Armys in the ENTIRE central OK area, this one has prices doubled or more of other stores, yet STUPID PEOPLE of all ages buy from here! I know thrift stores usually attract "certain people" AKA hoarders, and the like, but what the !!!! are they thinking???? The hours are horrible (closes at 6pm?!?! WTH??) I ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY go in looking ONLY for designer handbags. EVERY time Ive seen a Louis (Vuitton) they are going for $40-$60 but are OBVIOUS FAKES!!! AND THE EMPLOYEES LIE ABOUT THOSE BAGS BEING REAL!!!! The rude workers, are almost never available but if they are they are usually too busy talking to their friends, relatives or disgustingly flirting with other weird sleazy people. And if you ask the disgusting rude workers to see one of the overpriced damaged Vuittons out of the case they act as if they have to do "sooooooo much" and go so far out of their way to do anything but at the same time they watch you like a hawk as if you were going to steal something!!! (Once again, this says a lot about the "typical" people that frequent this store) The workers & the building is so dirty I actually feel yucky if I stay their too long and I have SERIOUS CONCERNS that this place has bedbugs, even more so than other thrift stores! ¡¡¡VISIT GOODWILL IN THE AREA INSTEAD!!!! (12th str., Shields or 89th str in okc) or at least the other S. Army in Moore.

I think things could run a little smoother: Post hours somewhere even on the phone answering machine. That would be great! and save you guys the hassle of answering that question more than needed. Make a website. I know, it sounds so 2010 to suggest you get on board. You are a store. You might want to make more money. You can accomplish this with a little polish. Not much. The staff seems sort of tired and not-so-into-it. I dont blame them. The place is dull and lifeless. The strip they are in is dull and lifeless. Homeland is sad, a fabric place and some karate joint next door dont make me want to come on over and hunt for treasure in the racks. The truth is: this is Oklahoma and the junk tends to be religious in nature, a bit dated in fashion and sometimes dirty or at least stainy. The place is doing a good job for people but the store itself could be brought up a notch. This goes for the Goodwills in town as well. Try finding info for hours online. SET UP A FACEBOOK SITE! IT IS FREE! Simply because destitute people shop there doesnt mean it has to feel like a dumping ground for crap and crappy service.

I recently stopped in here after not going for a few years, and the store must be under new management or something cause it has gone WAY downhill. It used to be nice but now its dirty, smelly, and disorganized. And the prices, good lord! I was looking at the furniture and I had to look twice at the price tags to make sure I wasnt hallucinating. $200 for a beat up old kitchen table, $60 for a ratty old end table, $100 for a ripped, stained chair, and $600 for an entertainment center dating back to the Clinton administration. Are they serious??? You can get new, NICE furniture at these prices. Rude employees too. I and the other patrons were literally shouted at that its 5:30 and the store closes at 6. I just laughed and walked out. This dump isnt even worth a visit. Stick to goodwill instead.

The prices are on average with other thrift stores, goodwill is just as pricey and sells just the same amount of filthy junk, However what sets this thrift store apart is they actually care and help there community. I have gotten help from them and now i donate there every time, and shop there. I worked for goodwill and thus far i have only seen them help themselves. they have half off sales every Wednesday if you dont like the prices, and the staff has never been rude. I have seen the younger staff act tired and just want to get the day over with, but that is a far stretch to being rude or mean. Like all thrift stores they have what is donated to them, sometimes its good, other times its just junk, you have to dig for that treasure.

Unlike a couple other thrift stores, the prices are dependant on the actual item rather than the type of item. I can get professional shirts at other thrift stores for $4 and similar shirts would cost $8-$10 here, if not more for certain brands. My husband and I found a case for his guitar pedal and my laptop for $5 each and I found heels for school for $5 a pair, but their clothes can be expensive. Their furniture is more expensive now, too, but we used to buy furniture there.

$600 for a cheap 80s dining room set? $100 for a wingback chair with one arm busted off? $5 for books? Are you kidding me? Mean and surly cashiers, an absolutely filthy store, and incredibly overpriced goods keep me away from this store. Most of the people who shop at the Salvation Army are either POOR or watching their pennies! Someone needs to remind them that they are supposed to be a THRIFT shop.

Awesome place e on Wednesdays, but on the other days the prices on most things are the same price or even more expensive when you go to a store that sales new items. I hardly ever go except on Wednesdays because their prices on donated items are very high (a lot of times as high as a boutique)... A lot of times a waste of time unless it is a Wednesday with their half off sale.

Salvation armys prices tend to be outrageous. However I come on Wednesdays because clothing is half off, and makes it worth it. They overprice ridiculous items, then underprice items that truly have value (better for me but whatever) its a little dirty in here, the staff has been pleasant to me whenever I have come in. Its not the best, but not the worst store either.

Prices are like WHOA!!!!! Idiots for staff, most of them look high! Would not buy anything from here. Stay away!!!! The Salvation Army ranks are a collection of greedy pedophiles and bigots out to line there own pockets with money intended for charity!

I always have a good time looking for a great deal here, I also like coming to Salvation Army because I know that the money I spend or the items I donate goes to people in need, my father was in the program and worked at Savation Army during recovery.

Huge store with friendly staff and a great selection of clothing for men and women along with a large stocking of other things such as electronics, art, knick knacks, and furniture.

CH

Very crowded with merchandise. Its not easy to maneuver with children or a cart. They need a bigger space. It always takes forever to check out.

Their prices are getting too high You can buy new clothes for what they are asking for their used clothing.
