My husband and I went there for breakfast this morning. My husband ordered the quiche with "soysage", mushrooms and swiss and potatoes on the side. I ordered the quiche with spinach, portobello and swiss. When the items were brought to the table, I noticed that my quiche did not have spinach in it. When I questioned the employee about the quiches being mixed up, he insisted that they were correct. Well, I have a soy sensitivity (not a full-blown allergy thankfully) and do not eat soy. I questioned the employee again after we were done eating, and this time he was rather gruff with his answer that he had them on the correct plates. Obviously he did not like to be questioned. It ended up that I was right - he did put the quiches on the wrong plate. Now, I would hope that he never does this to someone who has a full-blown soy allergy!! Please, if you decide to go to the Earth, check your order!!!

If you need unusual indian spices the earth has several of them in bulk , as well as medicinal herbs in bulk and lots of spices, These organic bulk items save you money and are fresh. The Earth is small and homey and a non stressful place to shop. They have all sorts of organic food, incense , candles, and sustainable sundrys. The people are nice and not pretentious. In the back is a garden and trees if you wish to stop awhile and munch or just sit and not think. If you are looking for something they are out of or do not have many times if possible they will order it for you,They have discounts on bulk orders.

First time in the store, I walk up and wait for someone to take my order. Some other guy walks in from outside, someone takes his order immediately and ignores me. No one said a word to me for 5 minutes. I will never return to this store. I went to Sprouts instead where they were more than happy to treat me with respect and take my order. I cant possibly recommend this place. Sprouts is 5 minutes from there.

Theyve got a decent selection of local, organic, seasonal foods and produce, lots of spices, and helpful, friendly staff. Better prices than a number of health food stores too. Dont know why people complain so much about prices: you gotta pay a little extra for quality! Relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.They even have a good selection of incense! Also recommend checking out their restaurant on Campus Corner.

Looking for an earthy mom-and-pop shop? This is your place. Prices are not outrageous, and if you have dietary restrictions they are very accommodating. The staff is friendly and its the kind of place where you dont feel like a weirdo sitting alone at the bar.
