Best donuts ever? Yes. Before today I didnt think you could do any better than a hot fresh Krispy Kreme. But Duck Donuts changed the game. So we went on a Sunday morning about 9:30, couple people in front of us, not crowded parking lot. But by the time we left, still before 10am, the line was out the door. The maple bacon donut was amazing. Hard to describe why it is so amazing, so just try it. They used some tasty bacon, no bacon bits. And the donut texture was yummy, cake batter style. And they come out warm. I just wanna go back and try everything. So glad we checked it out.

This is our second "fresh made" donut experience, where they take a hot cake donut and put the icing/toppings you choose on it. The other place we went to was on Anna Maria Island and this place blows them out of the water. I got a bacon donut here and it was really good. I didnt think $7.50 was too bad for a half dozen donuts but I can see how if you want more it can add up in a hurry (plus milk, which I was *so glad* they sold milk because thats what I want with a donut and the other place we went to only had those fancy juices for sale).

Dont let the want-to-be food critics with a gmail account deter you from trying this place out. The folks who cant make a little time for some self-enjoyment are missing out! You will wait, because everything is made fresh and to order. Cake donuts. Hundreds of combinations to be had. Whats a Krispy Kreme when you have a Ducks Donut! Suggestions: Maple and Bacon, Salted Caramel (with just about anything), Peanut Butter and Choco drizzle. Take it from me, an average Joe who isnt a wannabe food critic! Make some time for yourself and enjoy!

Great donuts! Every cake donut is pulled fresh from the oil bath and topped with your personal selections. The choices can be overwhelming, so print off a menu at home, choose your toppings, and bring it with you to the store. The store has some classic and seasonal topping suggestions if you cant decide what to choose. My favorite was maple frosting with powdered sugar. Some of the other frostings were a bit too heavy for my taste. Overall, a good place to check out for the novelty and if you have time to kill.

Pretty amazing donuts but expect to wait well over 25 minutes for your donuts. Ive stopped in several times to pick up donuts for clients and I literally have to walk out because I cant wait a half hour for donuts! My last visit, this past Friday the staff had NO ENERGY or sense of urgency to get the donuts out! Youd think theyd be pretty excited to see a mass amount of people waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a donut!! Not sure if Ill go back!! Kinda over having to wait sooo long!!!

Stopped in for the first time, and admittedly didnt really know how it worked. Went up to the counter to place my order (single donut), but there were two customers at the counter customizing their dozens on their order sheets. I stood for several minutes, then left. Didnt order or get to try their product. Bottom line: in my opinion, you shouldnt be able to get in line to order until your order sheet is ready. Have a place, other than the counter, to prepare order sheets.

Wed LOVE to try this place, but when we arrived we discovered its "Coming Soon." :( I blame Google maps for the error of saying its open/posting hours and such, but also the owners as they could have updated the site too. When I asked an individual working there, he couldnt tell us an opening date, so no updates... But they were "moving in" so hopefully I the next few weeks??

My first time in trying Duck Donuts. The donuts are fresh and hot which is good! The problem is that icing runs off into the box and doesnt stay on the donut. The staff was friendly and welcoming and used gloves when handling the food, but didnt wear hair nets or on their faces to cover facial hair. The price for a cake donut is kind steep, but I wish them well!

This place is awesome, and I hope they stick around for many years to come! When we went, the place was near packed! The staff is so friendly, and I enjoyed watching the donuts get made from start to finish behind the counter. And these donuts are legit: a little crunch on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with great gooey drizzle on top. Well be back!

Hands down the best donuts Columbus has to offer. Everything they make is so fresh and creative its tough not ordering everything on the menu. Their maple bacon glazed is breakfast on a whole new level. If you bring these to the office youll instantly be employee of the monthly. The line can be insanely long so its best to order ahead.

Nice concept with small vanilla freshly made, still warm doughnuts where you request your own doughnut toppings and glazes. Two small tables for seating. No fillings avaiable which is my doughnut preference, but each little doughnut, $1.45 each, packs a punch of warm flavors.

Tried to order ahead, they would not allow. I can understand if they were busy at the time, however, there was no line when I called. Decided to take my business elsewhere. I had a large order, lost revenue for owner, will not be going there anymore with the new policy.

Kids loved them but accuracy on order needs work. My order of a dozen only had ten recorded and the order of the lady after didnt print out at all and they just made her an assortment with she said was wrong and she had to reorder with a sheet after waiting.

So worth the wait. When you enter the door theres order sheets and pencils on the wall. I would suggest getting 6 or 12 depending on size of your family. Order different combos and then eat them with a fork, so everone can sample all of them.

I felt the need to investigate all the hype surrounding this place, and found it wanting. While the pricing is good for a custom donuts, the donut itself could have been better. Ill stick to Snyders when it comes to donuts in Westerville.

Choose your own donut! Pick your glaze, pick your toppings, pick some extras, pick your nose....wait not that last thing. Its really good. Check it out! You can get donuts individually and they are made fresh right in front of you.

The place was a bit of a mess by the time need of the evening but the donuts were really tasty. This is the only made-to-order donut shop I know of. They take warm fresh donuts and add the toppings of your choice. Check it out!

Warm donuts were almost too hard and too messy to eat. Wait was way too long to get one donut. I had never been here so wanted too see what all the fuss was about. Frankly, I would choose another brand when the Hot sign is on.

The donuts may be delicious but you have to be willing to wait 15mins for your order. Havent decided if thats worth it yet. I was also a little bummed that they only have plain donut dough (you choose icing and toppings).

Warm donut with maple and bacon?!?!?? Need I say anything more? My o ly complaint is that to many people know about it already. The line gets long..... Wait. What am I doing! This place is terrible! STAY AWAY!
