Horrible. Drive thru line took forever (over 15 minutes to order & receive food which was all wrong). Ordered a 20 pack of Tim bits (10 honey dipped & 10 birthday cake), large vanilla iced coffee & a medium strawberry lemonade. We got our drinks which were correct. We had our 2 dogs in the back seat & asked if we could get 2 plain tim bits for them. We found out they give these to dogs because all other Tim Hortons we go to ask us if they can give them to our dogs. The girl at the window said it would be an extra 50 cents. We have never been charged for them, but said its fine since it was only 50 cents. We were charged almost 2 dollars extra. Another girl came to the window & handed us a 4 pack of Tim bits & closed the window. The 4 pack had 2 birthday cake & 2 honey dipped. After waiting for awhile, she opened the window again & I let her know we were waiting on our 20 pack (again, 10 honey dipped and 10 birthday cake) & also that the small pack was supposed to be plain for the dogs. She said "we dont have plain" & went to get the 20 pack. She came back & handed it to us & we drove off. When we opened the 20 pack, it was assorted, so about 12 Tim bits went to waste since we dont like most of the assorted flavors. Wont be coming back to this location.

Honestly the experience ive had at all the tim hortons in this area is pretty sad. When i first moved into the area the service and food was pretty good and i had no reason to complain other than your standard mess ups here and there and that stuff happens so no biggy. Within the last six months the service and quality of food has plummited to the ground with a splat. When i was sick with the flu i ordered a cup of chicken noodle and got beef barely or chili. Simple order but couldnt get it right. Ive ordered two double doubles and went through 5 coffees because they couldnt get it right ( two coffees black, one with 4 cream 1 sugar, and two 3 creams 0 sugar) the only good experience ive had there is when one guy was quitting and was actually in a good mood. I dont know what you guys changed within the last six months to a year but you might want to go back to it. Now i have to drive to hall road to get my coffee and not lose hope on mankind!

I literally just left the drive thru today at 10:45am, and there was no one at the window to take my payment. They were really busy, but it was out of the ordinary. After waiting 5 minutes, a young lady took came to the window, and I asked her if they were short staffed. She replied "Im not sure whats going on. I walked away for 2 minutes to go to the bathroom, and when I got back, nobody was here." I let her know that I had been waiting 5 minutes, she apologized. I handed her my credit card, then she handed it right back, along with my coffee, and wished me a good day. She gave me my coffee for free!! I forgot to catch her name (she knows who she is). Shes got GREAT customer service and deserves some recognition!! Way to go girl!!

I agree with k&b. Oddly enough I have just come from the same Tim Hortons on the same day. I had a problem with one of the employees threatening to assault my 20 year old son. When I asked to speak to the manager she ended up using abusive language (swearing at me) and refused to give me a phone number that I may use to lodge a complaint with someone higher up. You can bet I will be speaking to someone in there corporate office about this. All the other Tim Hortons that I have been to have NEVER been anything but polite and professional. Save yourself the grief and go to the one at 1085 S Gratiot Ave

I ordered an extra large with 4 cream. IT WASNT EVEN WARM. Ive ordered the same coffee at other locations and it was never as cold as it was today. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It had cream cheese, the packaging and the bag both had cream cheese all over the place, and (surprise) no napkins!!!!! They had no idea what was going on. They handed me my bag with the bagel and another sandwich, then asked why I was still there.......How bout my coffees?!?!?!?! Ice cold coffee, cream cheese EVERYWHERE, and rude attitudes.....I think Ill be going elsewhere from now on.

I came into this Tim Hortons last week, and noticed how unprofessional the manager here was. A real manager is supposed to consider the customers needs. Needless to say, I had an error in my order, so I had talked to the manager about it, and she had an attitude with me. She was acting as if I was wrong about my order, and she was right. She was very sarcastic with me. I was being very polite also. I believe she does not deserve a manager position, and I will definitely not return here.

Total visit time in drive thru 10 minutes until they told me they didnt have the bagel I wanted. Dont you think theyd know faster than that , and the coffee wasnt hott. Didnt receive an apology or anything comped. Not my favorite tims anymore. I will happily drive out of my way to go to a different one. And the manager April didnt seem to care at all when I called and said that the issue was with my experience not the customer service that her employees provided.

Horrible location!!! They seriously suck at life!! I work down the street and I literally drive 3 miles out of the way just to avoid going here!! Coffee is always cold and stale...Donuts are hard and also stale! Horrible customer service...Two thumbs down!! Go to 15 and Groesbeck location! I just stopped here for a coffee hoping Id get lucky this time, and NOPE!! Took one sip of coffee and threw it away.. lesson learned!

Their morning crew is pretty hit and miss, mostly miss. Several times my order has been wrong. Im not sure if they are deaf or need a new speaker, but no matter the tone or volume they never seem to hear and are noticeably annoyed. I have also on several occasions received coffee with a coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Ive had much better experiences with the evening shifts! So kudos to the evening!!

This Tim Hortons has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! Went through the drive-thru and the guy that was taking our order rushed us the whole time and was VERY rude. Complained to the "manager" on duty and she was rude and sarcastic as well while trying to apoligize for her lame employees attitude. But then again, you cant expect much, I would hate my job and my life if I had to work at Tim Hortons too.

Terrible!!! Every. Single. Time. They always make our order wrong!! I have spoke to the manager or supervisor several times....they dont care about their customers. Awful customer service, terrible food!! I have given them chance after chance. I am all done. Never going back!!! If I could give them zero Stars I would but it makes you give at least one in order to write a comment.
