I just had to call corporate today because after coming to this location (today the third time) I just had to call and report this location. They are just not polite. Not super rude but very indifferent. Today I got to the speaker and ordered I could tell by the tone that I was bothering the person on the headset by asking a question and taking longer than they wanted me to. Anyway I got to the window and its pouring rain so Im not going to sit with the window open so I left it up since she wasnt even at the window but the window register. She went back to the registry instead of waiting for me to let the window down. Comes back I let the window down no hello or anything. Another woman comes to give me my drink. She piles the splenda that I asked for on the side on top of the cup with the straw on the side and because she didnt wait for me to get a good grip to hold it all the straw dropped out of my palm. She never even looked back at me or apologized. She looked or her shoulder to the other woman and says "can you give her a straw". I was done. Final straw.

10:30 Saturday morning. I walk in and there is a staff member right by the door. She barely glances my way and then looks away. (Oh, good morning to you, too.) I walk back to the counter display. I stand there for nearly 5 minutes, waiting for someone to ask if they can help me, before I give up and walk to the other end of the counter and tell the girl just standing there that I want to purchase Timbits. She rings the sale, gets a box and says, "Assorted?" She does not tell me how much they cost, or ask for my money or watch as I swipe my debit card or offer me a receipt. I tell her I want a mix from the two bottom racks (4 flavors, which I name). She fills the box as I swipe my card. Then she hands me the box without another word and walks away. There were at least two other people working there as well, and neither acknowledged my existence. And when I got home? Only two flavors of Timbits in my box. I will NOT go back.

This is the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I go everyday because it is close to my home and business, but today was the final straw. They treat you in the most rude way that it has become an unpleasant start to my day. Every single day I have to kindly ask them to put a sleeve on my coffee and every single day they act like that is beyond their job duty. It is a disgrace that someone can hate their daily job so bad that they take it out on the customer. The worst part, I am genuinely upset because this is great for our neighborhood and in a great location, but it will close if the quality of service isnt improved ASAP. every single person I talk to says the same thing....and now looking at the other reviews, the general consensus is the employees here are as rude and unfriendly as they can possible be! Corporate, please step in and FIX THIS! The other Tims I have visited is the complete opposite!

I am a Canadian who grew up on Timmies and was SO excited when they opened on across from work. I have been REALLY disappointed that each time I go they have only a couple types of donuts and usually one type of wheat panini bread, no buns the specials -sandwiches are suppose to come on which they dont seem to be phased by. Tonight the shift leader told me at 5:50 pm that they couldnt make bread because she had put the oven on clean mode.. over dinner hour across from a busy hospital, really?? Hopefully they will use the feedback to make the place better with lots of potential business! I have NEVER been in a Tim Hortons in Canada where they didnt have at least the majority of the menu available during peak hours! Its a walk during a dinner break and a waste of time so once wasted lots wont return I bet!

Every worker here is SO mean. No one even says hi to you.. They just stare at you until you start ordering.. And the drive through people hand you your food and never say a word. I asked for ketchup and the girl at the drive through gave me one package.. I said can I please have more.. And she said thats all they have. Not even sorry. They are always out of food by 9 am and IF your order is right its completely sloppy and thrown in a bag. Unfortunately I dont live closer to another Tim hortons but I think I will start going to a different breakfast place because they are terribly rude at this one. Dont go. It will ruin your morning.

1/26/2017 835am. Just went through there drive-thru. I was super surprised how with there being 5 vehicles in front of me that I made it through so fast. I didnt have to repeat my order. They got it right the first time. Was in and out with a friendly lady that greeted me at the window. I have come here a few times since I worked at the construction site right across the street for the nationwide expansion. I like it here. No sure what everyone elses issue is, especially those that complain about the location but still return when they could just pack their lunch and stop wasting their time and hard earned money.

Worst experience ever with a Tim Hortons, today I ordered 2 belts with cream cheese on the side, I leave and when I get to work I give my co-worker her "belt" she opens the wrapper and its just a plain bagel, no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato, no nada, luckily we just work maybe four doors down, so I was able to take it back, when I went in the woman that took my order said youre right this is supposed to be a belt, but the worker that made it, didnt even utter an apology, they didnt even comp the sandwich or offer a free coffee nothing for my inconvenience, dont think Ill be visiting there again!!!!

I work nearby and would go here more often if every order wasnt wrong and I wasnt met with confusion each time. Its now become a kind of game for me to go and see what will happen *this* time. One time they couldnt accept credit/debit cards, many times they were out of basic items, like plain bagels, and every time my very straightforward orders ("Ill have the #1 combo") cause hesitation and confusion. I decided to go back today after a long break between visits, and my toasted bagel was missing its cream cheese. Kinda feel bad for the workers because they clearly arent trained at all.

I am typically met with a curteous and timely order on weekend but during the weekday there had been issues with them not knowing that a "number 8 combo" isnt just the sandwich. One of the managers has an attitude with me every time I order because I ask for a sleeve for my cold drink so I dont drop it walking to or around at work. Then she forgot my shot of espresso and lied and said she put it in there as if I couldnt taste the difference in the salted caramel ice capp. I am always curteous and respectful I wish the entire staff returned the favor not just the weekenders.
