this location has the worst customer serviced, the manger, when brought to his attention it was rude and told me to go somewhere else. the are consistently do not greet customers, refuse to tell you how much the total sale is, when asked to stock items that are at other UDF they give you a blank stare and are non responsive, and never say thank you. I hope this is not a "flagship"UDF location because it has terrible employees, customer service starts at the top and even the manger is terrible at customer service.

I stopped in there tonight (7/6) around 9:00 PM EST and when I went to get a couple of hot dogs, I found they were out of buns. I mentioned that to the clerk on duty and she just said, "Guess were out." Turns out they had some in the back but she was too sorry to go get them.

Well I was not acknowledge. I now know all four ladies prom plans as well as why they arent going with certain people. They sighed when I finally got their attention. I hope they enjoy prom because hey definitely dont enjoy their jobs.

Been here many times as its right next to my house. The staff is a bunch of rude kids. Every time I go in here its the same way. They say a smile is contagious, I guess mines not.....Diesel is cheap though!
