The very first time I went there I was just going to see the special they had going on regarding their switching from Boost to Sprint...and they had me go through the steps to see if I qualified for the 2 lines....so I wasnt willing to pay the amount they were offering me so I left the store...to my disbelief, my Boost phone wasnt working at all and my number had already been imported to Sprint service...I was pissed I immediately went back to find out what the problem was and they told me I would have to call Boost to get it transferred back ....so I called Boost and they told me to call Sprint....it was a back and forth ordeal for 3 days so they told me to just take the Samsung s6 to try it out while they "took" care of this matter for me....I was told to bring it back within 24 hrs so they could switch it back to Boost but something came up in my personal life and wasnt able to take it back and so I just kept the phone but I was disappointed by the unprofessional manner and the all the promises that they told me would happen...Ive even gone back there to get a copy of my bill and the girl that helped me out was very rude and was talking to her co-worker while assisting me.... THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR PHINE FROM THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, GHETTO AND NOT HELPFUL, WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING OF GOING THERE TO BE TREATED LIKE THEY ARE BORED WITH THIER JOB...

The Sales Rep in the store was not competent and not fourth coming with information. after explaining my scenario to him for my sons need as a customer. He sold me a product which did not fit my needs and I had to bring it back to the store 2 days after a purchased it. And was told I had to pay a 35 dollar restocking fee. I also requested that I receive my company discount that also was not reflective on my bill. My experience was a NIGHTMARE. I attempted to fix this with Live Chat (A Joke) . My saving grace was Ms. Kenesha in Florida Customer Service Rep. They need to send her to the Camp creek location to teach them the importance of Good customer service or clone her. She was the ONE true bright spot in my customer experience

I was at this location Saturday around 1PM and Patrick was the rep who assisted me ( I never waited more than 2 min) and I added a new line to an existing account, transfer my number from a different provider and he also transfer all my old numbers into my brand new iPhone 5 I just purchased from the store all that within 1 hrs, I called that excellent service if you ask me. Thanks a lot Patrick for all your assistance another satisfy customer. I will definitely recommended this location but make sure you make an appointment before arrival so you will be in and out satisfy.

It seems like those of us who have good experiences never leave reviews & this is actually my first time leaving one. I was simply trying to look up the store hours when I read the scathing reviews. I have been to this store quite a few times and always received excellent service. The staff is friendly & helpful & exhibit great attitudes. In fact I was just on there today & had a wonderful associate take excellent care of me. Ive been with sprint for over 10 years & I love them!

This place is convenient do not trust any salesman. They will tell you truth and lies. If you going here going here and knowing what you want if you dont want accessories do not allow them to upsell you on accessories because the time that you have an issue if its not within 14 days they will not assist you and it is sad for the best customer care call over the phone or order online from Sprint dont trust the store.

The service provided at this store is still below average. The employees and management should want to offer quality service ESPECIALLY to those that resemble them. Its a shame. Our community deserves better and we need a Technician at this location. Its a huge inconvenience for those on this side of town to have to drive to North Atlanta to get our phones serviced.

I was interested in switching to Sprint and visited this location to get some more information on phones/plans. Customer service was horrible and it seem like no one was on the same accord or even cared to be. I dont remember the young lady who was assisting me but she is the reason I decided not to go to Sprint, her attitude and bad customer service skills.

This is the worst sprint store Ive ever been to by far. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I dont care when I go its always bad custimer service. The people dont act as if they even want to help you. Then it takes forever to be seen. They talk amongst themselves as if youre not even there. If I could could give this location 0 stars I would..

I entered the store and was immediately greeted by Tyeshia. She listened carefully to my problem, then offered to see what she could do to help me. Tyeshia solved my problem within 10 minutes. I could not have asked for better service! I will visit this Sprint office again, and I will definitely ask for Tyeshia.

THEY LIE! They will sell you a phone that you are not able to use your GPS and talk on the phone at the same time. The network is very slow and you will get alot of dropped calls. Place is a RIP OFF!!! RUN AWAY!!!
