This place is a joke. I called the store to see if they had something specific and he tells me over the phone hes sure they have it but cant check because its soooo busy. So I go in right away, and with there being no one in the store when I get there I might add, I asked him if he could direct me toward what I asked for and he said ehhh I dont think we have those ones but we have a different thing you could have. These people are idiots. Learn how to treat your customers. Dont drag them into the store hoping theyll have an impulse to buy something different.

0 stars for customer service, unless "I dont care" is an acceptable standard for you. Count your change when you pay because the long haired guy behind the counter will short change you several dollars so he can skim off the top for a little tip. This place is a joke, go somewhere else unless you are looking for a good laugh.

Worst head shop ever in toledo area dont recommend going there over priced. Service was horrible i live down the road and i would rather drive twenty minuets and go to 362 main st. But not saying they dont have better stores..... But my experience there was horrible all around.....this is my first review ever

The people in the store are very friendly and I love that! The glass they have there is awesome, if you want a pipe that no one else has, I would definitely reccomend stopping in. Not to mention all the amazing smoking accessories that most headshops dont have either. All at a very good price to!

horrible experience, the manager lied about her product, then when I went to return it (15 minutes later), she lied about there being a law barring her from accepting the return. the place is run by juveniles, best to go elsewhere

The guy working with long hair today was incredibly rude. This was my favorite head shop in Toledo for almost a decade, and I will never be back. Its taken quite a negative turn. Shame.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The mural on the wall is sweet. They have such a big selection of glass products, insence and even carry some curbs candles!!

Shady . period. The girl behind the counter straight up told me to use Good Weed in a vaporizer I was purchasing for essential oils! Are you kidding!!!??

Best glass selection in Toledo, hands down. They have a ton of local glass and local shirts, music, etc. They also have roller derby gear!

I go for the incense. I also bought a glass pipe, tapestry, etc. Its a hippie s wonderland. Employees are decent, never friendly though.
