I walked into the place and the smoke have to have been down to my waist. Very poor ventalation! The cigar selection is big but the humidor is way too big and the staff will leave the door open when they go inside, the cigars I bought tasted like they were dried out. Personally I feel really bad for the staff who are stuck in there all day with the poor ventalation. I will not be going back. I will stick with la Casa in Plymouth.

Had the cigars I wanted but the service was a joke! Bathrobes and PJs are now considered work attire here and dont even think about sitting down to smoke at this cigar lounge, the staff bring in their infant babies. LMAO, just save yourself the trouble and go to another cigar shop.

Great selection of Cigars in the humidor. Very friendly staff, Ive been there so many times that most of the girls know me and treat me like a good friend. Also, for people not into cigars too much, they have a hookah lounge in the back that is great to relax in and watch TV.

This place is horrible and overpriced! The owners do not care about the place, all the staff have no knowledge about cigars and the humidor isnt up kept properly (all cigars I bought came apart). Go to Wild Bills or La Casa, this place is subpar and pathetic.

New owner (thank God)! Great selection of cigars, excellent cigar storage. Great group if regulars that hang out. The place was definitely headed down hill before the new owner came in. I enjoy coming here again...

Totally loved the place and the selection of products. Stumbled on it by chance,thought it was cigars only but Hookahs r way better than the off the hookah place. Luvd their lounge n crowd. Place 2 ROCK!!
