Brad, the main employee I see when I go in, helped me find my newest ecigarette, and let me test liquids, by far the lowest prices anywhere ! Update : I had an issue with the ecigarette that I purchased, it stopped taking a charge. I spoke to Brad, who gave me the number to call customer service, and they told me that the retailers are able to replace a defective product, so when I went back to robs, Brad replaced my product, no questions asked, and he was polite and eager to help me. . BY FAR the best smoke shop I have ever been to! .
