Some of the WORST customer service. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. These employees talk down on you, act like you do not know what youre talking about when it comes to ecigs, etc. I brought in devices that were not carried at that store, they immediately questioned why I didnt buy from them, why I wasnt using their juices, etc. The best part? They make their juices "in house". If anyone knows the proper steeping for eliquid, it takes 4-6 weeks before eliquid should be used. By no means is this correct or safe. Anyways, these guys are a joke - cant run a business, or know how to handle customers. Kind of funny, cause I was actually interested in picking up a few nice batteries for my mechanical mods (which they also talked down upon, yet I can promise you not a single one of them could even describe, build, or inform a person ON a mechanical mod), but thats beside the point. Have a good feeling that I am not the only one (according to Facebook reviews) who feels this way. Good luck Smoke Revolt, but my friends and I will be REVOLTING YOU.

they have some decent flavors. and some not so decent flavors lol. The juice prices are pretty nice 8) and they have a nice selection. There are two things I strongly dislike about this place... 1) They seem to only sell their product as far as mods go and whatnot. Which is fine, i have nothing bad to say about their products, but personally I like to see whats out there and look at all the different devices. 2) Their juice is 70 pg 30 vg and there is no option to change that. I prefer more VG honestly but what are you gonna do? That being said its nice little local spot where they make their juices on the spot and have some really nice flavors (it may take you sometime to find some you really like but theyre there) I also which trying juices was alittle cheaper. anyways, Ill be back for juice flavors, maybe batteries but thats about it

I come here because it close to my house. Today I had a terrible experience. I bought eliquid (suicide slush) which I normally get because its AMAZING. But today it was terrible. I took it back and told them I didnt like it and that it didnt taste right. They smelled it but did not vape it and said it was fine? It wasnt fine... It burned the back of my throat and it tasted TERRIBLE. They ended up giving me a new bottle and it still tastes terrible. The lady who helped said it was my taste buds... Taste buds are not in the back of my throat and dont make me cough. Remind you I got a new atomizer today so it wasnt burnt at all.. I even let the liquid set in my atomizer before vaping it. Either they didnt steep it or it was just a bad batch of eliquid. All in all Im rather disappointed.

The name says it all. Their juices are absolutely revolting. I guess if you have not had better you would think they were ok, but I have had WAY better. I normally order my juices from DFW Vapor, but was passing Toledo and needed some. After reading reviews I thought they would have some decent juice, but that goes to show you cant always trust the reviews. I am a quality vs quantity kind of guy so maybe I am just picky lol. Juices only require three ingredients, pg, vg, and flavoring. Do some research and make your own quality vape juices. Happy vaping!!! Ps nice folks bad product!!!

Juices are poorly made and represented. If you tell me 80/20 VG max, Dont give me a propolyne filled, throat burning bottle of half assed shame. Most companies that dont know their stock around here will just beat around the bush until you give up and buy something. Smoke Revolt will flat out lie, sell you an inferior product, and get doubly irritated when you go back to tell the poor simple folk behind the counter that their juices are misrepresented. Im sorry but an 80/20 VG at .03 mix shouldnt burn my throat like citrus on an open wound.

Referred from a friend, I arrived at Smoke Revolt 15 minutes before they closed. I wanted to upgrade from my pathetic e-cig I bought years ago that I rarely used which forced me to continue smoking cigarettes. Despite coming in so late, Dallas was a great help. He was informative & even joked with me about my inconsistent smoking habits trying to figure out which level of nicotine would be best:) Thanks, Dallas! Great customer service...Ill be back.

This used to be my favorite shop. Decent prices, pretty good liquid selection (though you cant try befor you buy anymore) but they treat their employees poorly and there are constantly new people working, some of whom know very little about vaping at all and only regurgitate what they are told. I go here only when i have to now...

Tasted the E-Liquids "juice" here. Was not good. Store clerk mixed. Did not taste the same after I got it home. Took it back and was told that they will not do anything about it. Get a good Lab Made E-Liquid, NOT Here. Staff was not nice to me.

Its usually a bit busy but for good reason! Good customer service, happy to answer any questions and get you everything you need. Products are good quality and the e-liquid is great! I refuse to go to anywhere else! Happy repeat customer :)

Not much to choose from. Hand mixed liquids. You cant taste them first. I got one and it was just bad. Taste was bad. And the nicotine level was not right. I took it back. They would not do anything. Stay away. Very POOR Customer service.
