Problem 1) Expensive - But I said what the heck Ill splurge this time. Problem 2) Out of stock- they offered to order it and said would get it shipped to me in a few days. Problem 3)Tracking number provided was not given to Fedex 4 days after it shipped. Problem 4)Long wait to talk to someone in customer serivce. My call took about 20 minutes. Problem 5)Phone system for customer service was low volume, garbled,and hard to understand. Problem 6)Unreasonable shipping time. I was told 5-7 days to receive shipment from Columbus OH, to Cincinnati OH (A 2 HOUR DRIVE!) AVOID THIS COMPANY

No one greeted or said anything to me then entire time I was in the store. The only good thing about my experience this time was they had my size shoe in stock, which I located by myself. Even the cashier was rude. Customer service is definitely not a priority at this store.

Every time we walk in, they greet us and every time, even a few times during the visit they are asking if we need any help. 4 stars only because waiting in line usually takes a while to pay

Thanks for closing 6 mins before closing.. so I couldnt pickup my shipment from there. Should change your store hours from 10am to 854pm on the door so us customers are aware.
