If I could give it a negative rating I would. So I arrive and three employees are huddled behind the desk. One stands and says how are you sir. And that was the longest sentence the staff could string together. I asked about a shoe in my size and inquired about another style which they didnt carry. Apparently any one of the three forgot that I asked for a shoe. Then, I asked if they had any America made shoes in the catalogue to which they deferred to one employee (I didnt catch her name but the name tattooed on her hand was a mans name so I assume it wasnt hers) and she stated that there were no American made shoes in red wings catalogue now. We stared at each other blankly for a moment longer. And I left.

Great customer service the store manager Ana was very helpful in my search for work boots she fitted me and recommended an insole which has been great, also the staff was very efficient and friendly while I was in the store they were helping customers as they were very busy on a Saturday. Id recommend the red wing store in Newnan to anyone interested in finding the right work boots for the job.

My son purchased work boots at the Newnan location , he had worn them and they hurt his feet. The manager was nice enough to exchange them for a different size. Thanks for the great customer service!!!!

Wouldnt recommend ordering anything from this store. They seem to have issues with sending orders in. Other than that the service is friendly.

Customer service isnt good. I didnt buy the boots because I figure I deserve to be in a good mood when Im spending over 200 dollars on boots
