Went there last week. There was this older woman who seemed to be the manager who was very rude and not helpful. When I asked her about price matching she scoffed and she rudely asked with a mean look, "What do you mean?" So I explained myself in that I was wondering if there are any places they exclusively price match from. She rolled her eyes and exclaimed, "You have to have proof of the price! Same shoe same color same size!" She never stated which places they price matched with. I dont have patience for customer service reps who act like this. I simply grabbed my child and fiancée and left.

Dont let the size of the store fool you! Between DSW, Payless, Marshalls, and Off Broadway, Shoe Carnival always has the best sales and I always find something here. Prices are great compared to the other stores and they actually have a great selection of name brands. Lots of shoes on clearance as well. Definitely my first choice!

Great store. Kelsey was particularly very helpful! Even though she was busy she spent time to check up on me and made sure my daughter who is often times picky find shoes for school! Would recommend.

Had every shoe I was looking for, in New Balance and Asics, in hard to find Wide sizes. Great store layout, helpful staff and one of the best sock selections in the city. Salute!
