I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I first went in to purchase a pair of Ariat waterproof boots. After 1 month of wearing the boots to work, the lining in the boots wore out and made it difficult to take them off and hurt my feet at the same time. I went in to see if they could do anything about what happened and I was able to exchange the boots for a pair of Wolverine boots. When I went in the second time, it was almost time to close and I ended up staying after closing time and the girl who helped me was very nice and didnt mind helping me find a pair of boots that fit my feet the best and will work in my line of work. Definitely recommend buying shoes from this company

Pitiful. Come by after work to look at a pair of Clarks. Before I could try them on, someone at the counter says loud enough to hear "come in at 5:30 to look at shoes, either buy them or get the hell out". Needless to say I bought them off Zappos prior to leaving this note. Its a shame since I prefer to support small(er) brick and mortar establishments, but its hard to support a business that thinks so highly of repeat customers. Perhaps I can recommend shortening the hours youre open so customers dont trigger your precious feelings during business hours.

Had to buy shoes for work here and they didnt have my size. I asked the lady if I ordered them how long will they get here cause I start work within a couple of days. She misinformed me saying itll take 3 business days with their "express" shipping. Needless to say the shoes arrived 12 days later! I had to go to work unprotected and my boss was not pleased. Could have called me to let me know they would take longer so we could have cancelled the order and I could have picked another shoe. Never would buy shoes for work here again.

Great service and selection of work shoes and boots, but the staff is oddly rude and awkward for no reason. I get all my work shoes here though. Its worth dealing with them if you can get them in a good mood and find the right shoes.
