We went to this famous footwear tonight because my husband needed a new pair of shoes and we have NEVER been treated so RUDELY! First, the store was packed but we were the only ones down one particular isle, one of the store clerks stood there with her arms crossed staring at us, didnt ask if we needed help, or if we were finding everything ok, just stared. I finally had to stand in between her and my husband so he could try on shoes. Then we walked around the store for a few as they were having a BOGO, not finding anything else we wanted we went up to pay. There were two clerks behind the counter changing out cash drawers. We were completely totally IGNORED! they were talking amongst themselves, laughing away, about that time a security guard came in, they smiled, waved, and said hello to him, but still not one word to us! We felt as if we were invisible! NEVER again will I go back! This USED to be the only shoe store we shopped at, but thanks to the outright RUDENESS we encountered at this particular branch, we will be finding a new shoe store.

I needed a pair of shoes specifically for treadmill use or cross training as part of my new fitness goals. I told the store manager my foot issues (overpronating) and my budget, and he went to work. He lined up several pairs in my size and let -me- make the decisions - in other words he didnt try to pressure me into buying the higher end shoes. Oddly enough, I wound up buying the ones hed selected first, a pair of great Nikes for around $60. Seems like a very honest place with great selection,
