I get so upset every time I go there. I used to buy all my shoes at Shoe Carnival. Sent many coworkers and friends there. I used to drive out of my way just to go to shoe carnival, I was so happy when one finally opened in Bristol. I dont know if something has changed within the company or if it just this location but. I have gone there aeveral times with the intention to purchase shoes many times I planned to get 2 pairs. I never once have found what I needed. Never. So after a few disappointing trips it makes me not want to go there anymore. I do wear a common size but wouldnt it make sense to have more of the common/popular sizes and they probably do get in a few more I just always miss it. Im an avid Nike collector and colors and styles go out of production quickly so if there is a specific color and style I want Im out of luck. I never come out of there with shoes anymore. I have been having much better luck at Hamricks of all places. I came out of Hamricks with 2 pairs of great shoes, exactly what I was looking for and I saved almost $55.00 yes that much. I could not beleive what I got for the price. I picked up a pair of Sketckers memory foam sandles and a pair of Yellow Box mellow mat flip flops for the same price as I would have paid for just one pair at Shoe Carnival. Oh and customer service at Shoe Carnival. There is none. I have never once even been acknowledged by an employee at Shoe Carnival. Never a hello, never a may I help you?, never a are you finding everthing ok? Whats that about. I dont know I feel like the cuatomer service at serveral of rhw stores at The Pinnacle is not up to par. I dont know I am kind of bummed out about it for sure. Maybe my expectations are just too high.

Since opening Ive bought every pair of shoes here, good pricing and always have a 50% off a second pair sale going on, but most shoe stores do... I prefer the selection, quality and pricing here over the others in the area
