Terrible Service!!!! Lied about network quality and lied about rebate amount. After going to this Sprint Store, convinced how great their network is, all the supposed updates to the networks, drop calls all the time. Customer service; ie. the fellow with the Manager tag on his shirt, made me feel like it was my fault that my phone was dropping call, stated well "You sure do travel a lot, and after looking at your phone and all the cell towers you use, no wonder it drops calls." Are you effing kidding?!!! Its a cell phone, its supposed to used on the go!!! Also stated my rebate is taken care of, dont worry itll show up, never did. Dont trust these guys!!! Never again will I ever use this store, let alone Sprint. Save yourself the trouble, find a different Sprint Store.

This has been absolutely a horrible experience. We left VERIZON after 13 years ONLY A MONTH AGO. We moved 6 lines. My husband cant use his iPhone in our own home and we have already had to replace a faulty devise!! He needs WIFI calling. Sprint in MT VERNON REFUSES TO HELP US!! We have been fighting for 3 weeks to use a phone in our own home. They have lied, made promises, made excuses, charges were incorrect... This has been absolutely an horribly experiance and will NOT REFER ANYONE

This is the best most helpful Sprint store Ive been to in the central Ohio area. It is the only one where the staff actually seems to know what theyre talking about. They are friendly and great at figuring things out when Im having trouble with my phone.
