We went into the store for a tiller. After we went around and got some other things we wanted, we asked to speak to someone about the tiller. There was no one to help us, or answer any questions. We decided to go ahead and purchase the tiller, and waited an additional 20 minutes for someone to come unlock it and load it. Due to the terrible customer service and long wait the cashier offered to get dennis the manager. He, however, was very flat and insincere, only asking if there was something else he could help with. No, there wasnt. The whole experience was unorganized and terrible. Then, to top it off, we got the tiller home and the gas pours back out of it. What a joke.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service We have went there multiple times and anytime you ask for something. Their first answer is we must be out. Without even checking. I called corporate and they said that they had 3 of the chairs in stock at the Heath store. 1st phone call - asked to hold, waiting 5+ minutes NO ONE ever came back on the line 2nd phone call - asked to hold again. Waited 14+ minutes, again NO ONE ever came back on the line 3rd phone call - asked to speak to manager, she asked why I was holding for so long and said she would call me back after she checked the inventory... 15+ minutes and she has yet to call me back....

Not very helpful. Went into store looking for an item in automotive section, asked cashier if they had item and she stated that it was in automotive section which is where I was. I asked if she could check to see if they had item in stock and she looked puzzled/annoyed and said let me check. A moment later I heard an announcement over speaker that customer needed assistance in automotive but nobody showed up after several minutes. Store was also very messy with multiple shopping carts full of merchandise blocking isles, and not customers carts either.

From over 20 visits to this store, it is definitely amazing how the staff pays very little attention to the customers. The checking out is probably one of the longest lines I have to stand in. Plus they dont allow your dogs to come inside which is a downer. Overall, some prices are cheaper than Tractor Supply but the TSC customer service takes the cake and they allow dogs at TSC which is a plus! Will update review if my experience improves.

The one in Coshocton is better set up for farmers. This one has the feed set up odd, the crappy-to-steer carts, and usually fills the big aisles up so its hard to move your stuff through the aisles.

There is always a great assortment of merchandise with good prices. The staff is very friendly. There is always a backup at the registers. Overall though, its a nice place to shop.
