Absolutely unbelievable. Here 4 times to fill a single prescription. Been a week now. Tried to fill it twice with the automated system and twice over the phone. Get told something different every time. Keep saying insurance denied it. Even tried paying full price and still was turned away. Just called again and was told to drive in and it would be ready in a hour. Waited a hour and a half get there wait another 25 mins in the drive thru only to be told its not ready again and to wait. Its one thing to have insurance deny it but its something completely different to tell your customer that you will call them back and dont. When you try to pay full price for it insurance has nothing to do with it anymore. After waiting again and going back to the drive thru I pull up to the window only to be told that they have one single pill and thats are out of my medication. I am just an absolute disbelief I told them to forget it Im going to go somewhere else. I own a business and if I treated my customers this way I wouldnt have a business.

Today was the second time Ive had an issue with a script at this pharmacy. The first was a 90 day script for a controlled substance. Pulling out of the parking lot I realized they only gave me 30 days. When I asked they explained why but nobody had said anything about it which was odd to me but I chalked it up to me not paying close enough attention and let it go. Today I have a 2 week script for a LESSER DOSE of this same medication. I realize I just filled a 90 day script last month so I started my visit explaining that my dosage was changed and asked them to call the insurance company and the doctor if it was an issue. The pharmacist flat out refused to fill the script because...and I quote "you have too much of the old pills left." I asked him what I was supposed to do...take the wrong medication for 3 months then come back? ....he said yes. Some pharmacist!! The store is fine and the checkout ladies up front are super friendly. Just avoid the pharmacy!

This particular CVC pharmacy is extremely rude. My doctor even mentioned that they were very rude to her when she called in the prescription. She spoke with a Steven. The first time I went in one of the technicians was very sassy and demeaning towards me for no reason. I am not an idiot and I was simply asking questions about my prescription. When I called in today the lady on the phone hung up on me when we were finished without saying "Goodbye" or "have a nice day" or Thanks for calling". They definitely lack customer service and I wouldnt recommend going here if you want to have a pleasant afternoon. They all seem to hate their job.

Argumentative cashier. Very unprofessional. She wasted the people in line waiting and my time. I will never go into CVS again because of that experience. I am hoping at some point, down the long list of bad reviews, management may actually provide a customer service class. Or higher friendly people.

The people are rude and are misinformed about store policy and procedure. When you ask questions about your cvs card they just tell you they dont know. And dont get anyone who can give you an answer.

The employees have always been extremely helpful to me when I have any questions. I have never had any problems at this location.

They have tons of Taylor Swift greeting cards that no one else around has! :)
