I have been going to GameScape since they were a small shop downtown Mount Vernon, while I was a student at MVNU. When I moved away for several years, and then moved back, I was happy to see that they had moved to a larger location and were continuing to do well. Tonight I stopped in with my wife to learn some more about their board game collection. John, a long time employee, was very helpful in giving us some great game suggestions, and also introducing us to a new TCG. I look forward to shopping at this location many more years. It is nice to have a locally owned gaming store, as opposed to big box stores.

Ive never dealt with any rude workers there...I really like the place. Its a fun place for my husband and I to get games and comics. Weve spent a few hundred dollars there and intend to keep our business there. Support small business all! :-D

Although I have never been in this store I have called. I was looking for something specific and called to see if they had it and they did. Not only did the young lady hold it but she also pulled it from the shelf for me. Great service.

I have been going there since I was younger. As an avid gamer, I have found hard-to-find games and great prices. Also I play Magic The Gathering and they have a great group that shows up every Friday to play. Youll enjoy this place.

Very poor customer service. rude and not helpful at all Trade-in process is really slow. The only low prices that they have are for your trade in. I would rather drive out of town to gamestop in Newark Will never stop there again

The lady that works there is very rude and short with you!! . If you ever go in there ask help from the guy.. they also dont give you a lot of money for your game. And only take "name brand" headsets.

I always go here when I want a new game. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Has both old and new games, and a better tradein rate than GameStop. Highly recommended.
