Yes the place is clean but the staff pushed their rewards program so much. We only wanted two books and she basically told us in order to get it, we have to have the rewards card. Which makes 0 sense. We got it and she said we would have a 10 dollar gift card, which she gave me. Came back a week later and the same lady checked us out and the gift card had no money on it. I believe she never put the money on it and she pocketed it. We wanted to cancel the program and get our money back, not possible. We asked for the manager, wasnt possible because the manager was out for awhile. When we finally got a manager, weeks later they would do anything for us. Didnt give us the money for the gift card or even cancel and refund out program. So whatever, we tried to use the program again at another location, they said it doesnt work. So they cancelled it or it was never activated. But Im out a ton of money because the program is a scam and the people working there screw people over.

Worst book shopping experience ever. The cashier was unhelpful and allowed a hag of a customer to hold up the line while 20+ people were waiting to check out. Not once did she call for back-up. The other register clerk tried to close when I approached it. Several items had no price on them and they could not locate the barcode info in the computer. So, no sale. Never again. Thought Id give them another chance after a year. Same crappy ordeal as before. No registers open. One employee asked: "Can I help you find anything?" I said: "Yeah, a register with a cashier." The store manager was busy trying to avoid customers Im guessing. Ill stick to ordering from Amazon.

I went to BAM looking for book on Soapmaking.I asked a young lady where was the craft section, and she was VERY RUDE , she pointed over to a vague direction and said "its over there...." I then went to the information counter and asked the "gentleman" there, the same question. He looked the information up, and quickly said , "NOPE we dont have the book here, have a good day." I told him, Oh, Im not gone yet!".......RUDE PEOPLE.......I could see if I was rude or even loud.....I am canceling my membership.

This place is dead to me. My sons ipad was stolen from there (it was put down, we turned around for a minute, it was gone), and when we went to ask them to check the video cameras to see who took it so we could try to track them down, they said sure - then after an HOUR they still didnt do it. That person was LONG gone by then, but they said they would still look. Its been 24 hours, and nothing. Thanks BAM!

Ive been a BAM fan for a long time. I typically go to browse the bargain bin and see what I can see. Im a big fan of portrait style books and every once in a while they have a good one in the bargain bin, but its always a good store to browse. They started carrying Funko POP Vinyl figures and so I look for new ones here now too.

BEWARE. Was scammed at checkout by cashier who signed me up for a magazine subscription without my permission, which began auto charging my credit card. Never signed anything, was not told that this was being done. DO NOT let them use your credit card, they will keep your number for this.

While most of the employees seem pleasant and helpful I guess I simply found the one that will stand behind the information counter and stare at me, ignore my need for help, and instead assist other customers that walk up after I had been standing there. Thanks.

Very well-kept place! The prices are pretty expensive, but the money is worth all of the Mangas and Comics that they have! I also love the larger books like Eldest from The Inheritance Cycle! Its also very expansive!
