This store is part of mine and my husbands regular date night. We go out to eat, go to Best Buy (for him) and then to Books-A-Mil for me. This store at this particular location is my favorite store, period. It is clean, well organized, always at a comfortable temperature, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. The have a larger selection than other BAMs Ive been to. Im a fan. In fact, Im going there today!

Friendly helpful staff. Great selection. They have many services that people are not aware of. They will search online for books for you. Go and find books in the store and even advice you about books when you need something for an assignment. They try to find ways to save you money when you are buying their books. Clean friendly atmosphere.

Ran in with a friend who needed to pickup a book. Couldnt find it on the shelf but a store assistant was quickly able to find a copy in the back inventory for us. Would have enjoyed hanging around and browsing more but time constraints kept us from being there long.

I find myself wanting to shop in person rather than online, however prices are higher in the bookstore than in online shops. Im torn about giving a bad review because the employees are always amazing, I just cant always afford to pay the higher prices in store.
