If theres one place I will look for books before trying anywhere else, it is Books on Sale! Big collection of books on assorted topics and you may occasionally come across a gem or two which you have always been looking for for years. Price sometimes works better than even online stores and I have never seen any place selling cheaper. It would be great if they have an online portal with their inventory details. If you are not a woman then they will resent you being in their shop. They have thousands of used books piled on shelves. If you ask for a certain book they wont want to look on their computer for it, and wont really know where to look for it. It is a book hoard. Maybe you will find something if you want to look at every book in the place. But if you are a guy then you will not be welcome.
