The customer service is horrible!! Tried to switch from sprint and just wanted sim cards for my iPhones I was bringing over. The agent advised me that they cant do that because they have to ensure all the phones activate. Well after 90 minutes of his attitude only one phone was activated and the remaining wouldnt work, his response was to contact sprint. This infuriated me since now only 1 of the 4 phones work. I thane asked for the managers # and email, his reply was they cant give out that information. As I was leaving I saw the managers business card on display with all the information I asked for...really!?! After 4 calls to the manager of the store youd think Id get a return call, not fro this outfit! When did atta customer service go down the drain, stay away!!

Went in shortly before closing to buy a new phone. They just kept stressing they would be closing shortly and I should come back in the morning if I wanted to upgrade (which I cant do because Im working). It was clear they did not want to make a sale and cared more about getting out on time. They should also think about locking their doors prior to their official closing hours if they do not intend to help their customers (which of course would not be good customer service either). Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Worst customer service ever. Went in to up grade only to be told it would be an hour before they could help me. 3 associates standing around and no one else in the store. I talked to a gentle man named Ian who said it wasnt his turn to help me. After smelling pot on him I asked for the manager who told me I had to leave. Never going back there. To busy getting hi and playing on there own phones to help. Went to eastgate store and had awesome service. They need to do something about the Milford store. Service sucks.

John assisted me in switching my new phone over to AT&T. He was knowledgeable and went over and beyond hooking my new phone up and switching over all my old apps and files. He was super friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. Couldnt be happier. Thanks John!! Will definitely be sending in my kids to switch them over to AT&T too.
