Bought a yoga ball here that came in a box...guess what was not in the box but was shown on the picture? The PUMP. This ball needed a certain pump, That pump. Couldnt be blown up with another pump. None of the balls were packaged with a pump, that is why Five Below got them so cheap and turned around and sold them. They probably got them for a penny each. They would not return the item. They have a no-returns policy. Obviously, it is not their policy to sell an item as it is pictured on the packaging, that would be too honest.

Great place to get things cheaply. They recently changed their return policy too. You can now return things with a receipt and get a refund within 14 days. It used to be no matter when you returned it, with or without a receipt, that you could only exchange or get store credit. They always update items with the seasons too.

It may just be me but I find Five Below to mainly just be cheap junk and not much else. I find better things at places like Dollar General and what not. With that said the workers are still friendly and the store is relatively clean.
