I purchased the Summer Escapes 17X52 Pool not that long ago. After setting it up my son saw that the ladder & pump was missing. I called the store & they were sold out. I ended up having to drive far to another store to get another ladder/pump because I was told that I couldnt return it unless it was new in box and I spent 3 days setting it up already. The pump that a different store gave me was damaged & they told me that there was nothing that I could do. I had to pay another $200 out of pocket to buy a pump. I paid $303 for this pool which was supposed to come with a working pump not a broken one. Now I am seeing that this same pool is on sale for $95. I am VERY UPSET that I had to go through this huge headache when All I wanted to do was just return it. Very Poor Customer Service and they sell products that was obviously returned and damaged.

Very great & helpful staff. My grandmother & I went there to buy a grill & they were most helpful. When it was time for us to leave my grandmother had a hard time getting out of the wheelchair that they had at the store so Taylor & Troy both helped her out & Troy even went out of his way & put all our bags in the car while I had my hands full with my grandma & my 8 month old. Thank u guys so much u were so awesome. I hope to see u guys again.

My Wife went in there to do an exchange. They told her she would have to take it back to the original store of purchase which was 30 miles away. I give it a 3 rating because if the area and cleanliness.

The area is good. This store was originally located in colonial dr on the now so good area. But this location is better. The prices are ok.
