Awesome customer service, I purchased a couch on special for black Friday this past year and had some issues with the frame. Called this store where I purchased the couch and spoke with Patty, the store manager. She called me back promptly and I was able to get the couch warrantied that evening. I feel like they went above and beyond for me. Thank you!

Shakes dont really taste good and are UDF prices.burgers are not that good. Steak and shake is way better and better pricing if that is what you want. Staff is very friendly and fast service. I wouldnt eat here again bit its not that bad if u are having a bad craving for a steak and shake but want it now and not go get the real thing.

The cashiers arent to friendly and I had the manager follow me around the whole time I was there clearly make sure I didnt steal anything I work for a living dont need to steal

I like the variety of items and a lot of the prices are reasonable. Some things are still cheaper at the dollar stores .

More furniture than most. Great deals by three front door. Lot just black topped. No restroom. Not as clean as others.

To me all big Lots are the same, its a place you need to go to every few weeks to see whats new.
