Rude. I was looking for a battery for my 05 MINI Cooper S and I asked if they had one. The attendant said they did and told me the price, which was the least expensive I could find. I told the guy I would purchase one from there because it was the cheapest one I had found so far. The attendant then very rudely stated "least expensive...cheap is a statement of quality." Why is this attendant correcting me, a potentially paying customer? I ended up walking out before he could ring me up and decided to purchase a more expensive battery elsewhere because Id rather pay more where Im treated better. Basically, they lost out on a sale because of his arrogance. Thanks OReilly Auto Parts for being so helpful!
