Used Flowerman for my sisters wedding September 2010. This was my second experience, the first time was in 2008. In 2008 the experience was perfect, cant say as much for my second experience. Employees were incredibly rude, the woman helping us seemed as though she would rather be anywhere else than work. Trying to make small talk and ask general questions to lighten the mood she informed us she had been doing this 20+ years and had owned her own shop, that translated into shut up and dont question me. Maybe its time for a career change. I didnt see her smile once. Later, another employee instructed me to dump most of the water out of the vases that were holding the bouquets, you can imagine what happened then...what little water was there evaporated. Day of the wedding when we went to pick them up, all of the flowers were sitting outside, in the sun. The bridesmaids bouquets were ruined and several of the centerpieces were pretty pitiful. To top the entire experience off, they didnt send my sisters bouquet which their florists had assembled. Sooo, we have a bunch of beautiful pics with no bridal bouquet. The owner himself delivered it once we finally got in touch with him, he then had the nerve to ask how we got his phone number. Nice huh? Thank goodness we had asked for his number the day we did the flowers and his employees were happy to oblige so we at least had a contact since they are closed on Sunday. Its unfortunate because they have a great concept, maybe they have just lost sight of what it means to provide good customer service. Seems to me that they had too many weddings that weekend and ran out of places to store the flowers...Good news is Ive already warned every new bride I come in contact with, and contacted my friends in the bridal business so they can pass the word.

This place is a joke. We showed up a week prior to try to get an idea of price for wedding flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres and so forth when they told us we had to make an appointment so we did. Today, we showed up an hour early for our appointment, and were told we had to wait until 3:30, then "she" would be ready for us after the client she was taking care of. We totally understood as we were an hour early... We left and came back an hour later and still nothing. When we arrived they told us she would be with us no longer than 5 minutes later, we agreed and stood around looking at flowers etc. At this time no one would even make eye contact, talk to us, or reassure us that our business was important until we walked out at 3:50. At THAT time everyone in the shop suddenly wanted our business, they followed us out asking us if we wanted to come back another time, to which we respectfully responded "no thanks". Then, as we were about to pull away the thinner young girl poked her head out and said "shes ready for you now.." Of course she was, as soon as wed left. They really left us feeling as though the previous customer was more important than us, and that they didnt want to please us until we were already upset. Im very unimpressed with this establishment and will not return. Needless to say I will also never recommend this place of business to anyone who asks.

have mixed review about this place. Definitely the CHEAP way to go. When I picked them up, the one worker was pretty rude, Im sure she does it everyday, but you should take the time to explain things to those who dont know what they are doing. Also my wedding was on a Sunday and they arent open, they said theyd charge $60 to open on Sunday to give me my flowers. So I picked them up on Saturday and put them in my fridge. Well the day of the wedding 3 of my bridal bouquets were RUINED!!! The ones in the back got sort of frozen. I had roses and hydrangeas, ruined. IF you have a wedding on Sunday pay the extra money to have them open, I wish they had told me that. They didnt offer to adjust the price or anything, they said I signed off on it. I only had 4 bridal bouquets. So my bridesmaids ended up just caring one rose down the aisle with a ribbon on it and believe it or not we got LOADS of compliments on it. Also I had purchased a box lot of roses (100) to use for centerpieces, picked those up Friday and did them, they turned out beautifully. I recommend box lots.

I wanted to use the Flowerman. I had heard great things from many and poor experiences from a few. Unfortunately, Im joining the few. I had called The Flowerman in March and they couldnt fit me in for a wedding appointment until May but they didnt have their weekend schedule set up for May yet. The girl told me she would call me back as it got closer and she had the May schedule. In April, my mom and I went in and visited on a Saturday and they let us look around but we could still not talk with the lady and were reminded that she was working on setting a Saturday appointment up with us for May (please note that I also live 3 hours away from here). We never heard back. I called back this week and they told me they couldnt get me in until July 30 for my early August 8 wedding. I will be using Oberers, they do a great job and have great service. Theyve called me back promptly and have been willing to accommodate my schedule to set up a consultation. It may have been nice to save a few dollars but not for the extra hassle and poor customer service!

POSTED ON GOOGLE 2013 AND UPDATED 6/11/2015 We are extremely pleased with the excellent flowers and creative floral designs we have gotten from The Flowerman. We have ordered arrangements several times over the past 4 years and the flowers have been fresh and lovely. When we ask for unique, tropical "ikebana-like" arrangements we have been extremely pleased with the creative design. The staff taking our order is always pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be returning customers. We highly recommend The Flowerman! Update 6/11/2015 We have continued to use The Flowerman with absolutely wonderful satisfaction. Unique arrangements. Friendly helpful service and timely deliveries. Our friends receiving these lovely arrangements are always very, very pleased and enthusiastic about the high quality creative designs and flowers. We have used the Flowerman for 6 years and will continue to do so. We highly recommend them. The Flowerman takes flowers and design to a new level, while providing excellent service. My husband and I used The Flowerman for our wedding flowers… We did the DIY option which was SO much cheaper… but definitely a lot of work. It was worth it though! At my first meeting, I met with Lauren… she was so knowledgable about flowers! I told her what colors we were looking for and she found the perfect flowers to match. I didnt know much about flowers going into it but I didnt really need to since she was so helpful. We also had a lot of help from the staff on the day we had to put all the flowers together. They were pretty busy but were able to stop by and make sure we were doing it correctly. I had the lady helping us (I cant remember her name) help me put my bouquet together and it was absolutely beautiful. We got so many complements on how beautiful our flowers were. I will definitely go back to the Flowerman in the future.
