My husband ordered a beautiful arrangement on-line from Aretz. He sweetly had them delivered to me at work. Unfortunately the flowers I recieved were not beautiful as the picture had discribed nor was the balloon included. The total cost of the "cheap lil heap of flowers" was $60 after paying for balloon, delivery, tax, and of course the flowers themselves. Thinking the owner was level headed and a person of good morals, my husband called and was treated with very little respect and was offered to have the arrangement redone and sent to me as a "great suprize" to have a second vase of cheap arrangements. After clearly telling the woman the suprize was ruined she offered my husband 10% refund. WOW! $6 back! Thats such a great deal!!!! The forgotten balloon was $4.99 by itself. Needless to say we will never purchase anything from this business again and will be sure to inform people of what a wonderful delight this fiasco has been. Please take my advise and click on the next one. Thanks

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife on Valentines Day. The arrangement she received did not look anything like the one on the picture on their website, it actually looked really bad, some of the flowers were even dead. My wife was really disappointed and even some of her co-workers made the comment that it was the ugliest flower arrangement they have seen and that they are never ordering for this place. I have ordered from this place on a few occasions and this is the 2nd arrangement that it was a disappointment. After calling them they replaced the arrangement with a more decent one but not until 5 days after Valentines. It was a real disappointment and it kind of ruined Valentines Day for my wife. I will never order from this place again. I found a better place in Maineville called Blooms Floral, they have a better selection and they are awesome. They also deliver to the Lebanon area.

We were in a bind and needed some help. We called and had an hour and a half until the visitation and were told there is just no possible way, as they already made a run to the home (that we know is within 2 miles). Now since we were out of town we would have paid handsomely, but were not even given the chance to share our desires with the lady......we were just told it was not possible. I am going to find a florist that can find the possibility of doing business with me , as I am happy to pay for services rendered.

I had a friend die. The was that morning. I called and had the most amazing wind chimes delivered. They got them there before the service. I still dont know how they did it so fast. My Thank-You note from family said the where so nice they did not think they would put on grave. Aretz was a Blessing that day
