BEWARE! I received a bouquet of flowers and they died in less than 48 hours. I called the store and explained to the manager that a friend had them sent and he tried to tell me that he picked them up in the store. I explained again that the person lived more than 2 hours from the metro area. He asked if the note was typed and I said yes. I said the only reason why I called was because of the statement regarding if they failed to meet my expectations. He finally apologized and was told they would redeliver on Monday. On Tuesday my friend called to follow up. The person that answered the phone was rude and said they would NOT redeliver and flowers die. Then I thought, if they cant get their own address right w/o typos then how can they provided excellect service. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this florist. Ordered "Just Because" surprise flowers to an amazing WOMAN and once recd, I was the one who was totally surprised. Arrangements died at time they blossoming. She is a flower girl (literally) Once called the company to share experience, manager stated that he was not correcting order and would not replace order. He was very rude and showed no remorse for making a correction to the order. Manager stated that he would not allow me to speak w/ his boss. Sad, but true!

I love this flower shop the prices are very reasonable even with the recession I can still afford to spread some love and joy with flowers from here to my loved ones. I love how I can ask as many questions as I want, and that the owner remembers me every time I walk through the door, and knows exactly what I am looking for. I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for inexpensive quality flowers.

Very poor service and attitudes. I purchased a floral arrangement for my fiances funeral. They left the d off of forever loved and didnt put who the arrangement was from. It was the only anonymous reef at the funeral. They even went as far as excusing the mistake by stating it was a complimentary ribbon so in essence what was written wrong did not matter.
