We purchased our other car from Byers and had a very stressful, time consuming, aggravating experience. This was the complete opposite. The vehicles are high quality and fairly priced. Kyle sold me my beautiful new car. He was friendly, genuine, patient, and straightforward. No stress and no high pressure sales. They were also very efficient. The entire purchase process was complete in a little over an hour. And he finished the sale by helping me link my cell phone to the cars bluetooth, explaining the navigation, and putting a full tank of gas into the car! Wonderful service and experience overall.

The staff really makes you feel like family. During my very first car purchase Craig taught me a great deal about my credit worthiness, the most effective way to pay down a car loan balance, and the best lenders. Even now that I live in Atlanta, GA, I always make sure to pass by Gahanna Auto Sales to take a look at their inventory. I plan to purchase my next car from this dealer and drive it back to Georgia.

Walked in on a recommendation. Craig took the time to call the lenders that another dealer sent my information to and had me in my car the same day. Even though I only looked at the car that I purchased, their lot does look to have dozens of quality cars to choose from, and given the quality of my car, I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
