Without going into too much detail, I went in for new glasses, a mistake was made - and Dennis went way, way beyond the call of duty to make the mistake right. I have purchased glasses and/or lenses from Case probably 4-5 times before and every time, Ive been very happy with their service. I will always go to Case - they are good people.

Do not go here. Horrible service. I paid $750 for glasses that broke twice within 7 months and the second time I was told I needed to buy new ones. They would not try fix them, or do anything. There is a nasty lady working there and the owner is subjigated to her. Never go there.
