They have had some rough patches with new staff adjusting to the clients but there getting better. Opti-Vision went though a major upgrade in this area but owner we know are still on site so any issues ask for them. I have had a encounter with new staff and I made sure I expressed in the polities way that minority do not mine poor, illiterate, rude. So just bring concerns to owners. Theyve services this community for a long time.

The staff is very rude. It has been more than 3 weeks since I have received my trial contacts and no one has contacted me to give an update. I called and received one price for my exam and at check out was given another, in which the staff had to have a meeting with the owner. Poor organization. I am still waiting on my contacts. Tempted to not care about the loss and just go somewhere else and start from the beginning.
