Dont waste your time, they dont know what theyre talking about. I took my prescription in to buy a box or two of contacts from them. The guy looked up my prescription and couldnt find the brand. I told him it was fine, I just need soft lenses in my prescription and the brand isnt a big deal to me. He shook his head and mumbled something about it being against the law. He keep searching and I ended up telling him again, not to worry about the brand and I can just use a different soft lense. He then got very serious and said that it is against the law and he wont lose his license by giving me a brand I wasnt prescribed. First off, thats absolutely ridiculous. Second off, he acted like he didnt want to deal with me in the first place. Thirdly, he offered zero help. Didnt suggest we call the place I got my prescription from or look up if that brand didnt exist anymore, NOTHING. Just said he couldnt help and turned me, with my money and possible new patient away. This happened yesterday and I confirmed today that this is complete ludacris. I just went elsewhere and was able to order contacts and they arent the same brand! Why? Because it is most definitely NOT against the law! It might be against his policy or the policy of the store he works at and hed get in trouble if he ordered me something different, but it isnt against the law and he obviously is not a person anyone should be going to. But seriously, I went to Sears at the Florida Mall. Obviously a bit of a hike from Haines City, but definitely worth it! They ordered me contacts and even gave me some trials. Guy offered to have them shipped to my house in a couple days at no extra cost. He also said if I need to order more to call and I can pay over the phone, or if I go in, theyll give me more trials. He answered my questions and explained how it isnt against the law to get a different brand and how that it might be against a policy, but not against the law. Think about it, if a doctor prescribes you a name brand drug and your insurance only will pay for the generic, wouldnt that also be against the law? After all, its a different brand. Dont trust this guy. Just dont. If he doesnt know the laws of his practice, dont trust him with your eyes.

I went to Walmart in Clermont FL to visit their vision center and the representative in there was not professional and basically told me I would have to come back at another time. I explained I was traveling and needed to get another frame as I accidentally fell asleep in my glasses and the frame cracked a few days ago when I was getting over a flu, but she still did nothing and acted like she did not care at all. There was no one else in the vision center so I walked out. I looked up another Walmart and went to the Vision center in Haines City FL 30min away as that was the next closest. The lady (Jeannie) there was extremely nice when I called and explained my situation. She said to come on in and she will see what she could do in finding me a new frame for my lenses. She also thanked me when I got there for still coming to a Vision center and not another place. I told her I didnt know where else to go because Im not from Florida. I was able to purchase a new frame thanks to her.

From the moment I walked in I felt that I was a burden. Not friendly or helpful at all. I wanted to order contacts, glasses and sunglasses. Seemed irritated and unwilling to help. I grabbed my information and told them to forget it all as he continued to speak to me rudely. I have never walked away feeling like that from someone in the service industry before in my life. Will never go back to Walmart at this location either after this experience
