Been buying bikes from WWC for more than 20 years. Tried the place down the road but wasnt thrilled with the snobby service. After recovering my daughters stolen bike it needed tuning but because she, and the bike, would only be in town a short time we needed a quick turn-around JB and the team accommodated and, as ususal, did a great job. If attending school at OSU I recommend a U-lock AND a cable lock AND replacing the quick release on the seat with a straight bolt. Be sure to record the serial number of the bike and maybe even hit one of the forks with a shot of neon paint. You can get away with just the U-lock if your comfortable reattaching the front wheel and you can do with out the straight bolt if you run the cable through the seat.

I brought in a 20-inch bicycle, purchased elsewhere, for a loud and persistent click while pedaling. My husband and I together had spent a few hours trying to work out the problem, without success. Since it was an inexpensive bike, I thought the cost of repair would be more than the bike was worth, but I brought it in to West Chester Cyclery to get an estimate. Within a short time, Mike had diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was very generous and reasonable with the cost of repair. I would definitely recommend West Chester Cyclery for their friendly, knowledgeable staff, and their affordable rates.

I was looking for a bike shop to give me a paint job on my LOOK Carbon bike and the closest for the price I was wanting to pay was in Michigan. Since I have been dealing with JB for over 15 years and have sent dozens of cyclists to buy bikes there I asked him if he could paint it- he said yes and what a fabulous job he did! Great service, low pressure atmosphere. Came in looking for a specific bike that everyone including the factory said they were out of. They researched and found the exact bike I wanted in a warehouse in California. They very easily could have said that could not get it and try to upswell me into another bike they had in stock. But they didnt and I couldnt be happier.

10 times better service then Montgomery Cyclery. They were willing to true my electric hub wheel and did a great job with it. Montgomery Cyclery wouldnt even touch it. Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable compared to what Ive found at larger chain stores.

Um... the location on the map IS north of 275, exactly where the shop is. Great place, too, especially for service. Selection is a bit limited, though.
