First off Id like to say that I dont do reviews and Im rarely overly impressed. Today however was different and I felt as though I should write this review. I went into the shop today for the first time with my daughter. She is about to turn 18 and wanted a bike for fun and to take to college. They were very busy as it was the first really warm and sunny day in a while. They were extremely pleasant and very accommodating. My daughter is tiny and finding a good fit for her was proving to be difficult. They answered all our questions, offered suggestions, and let us take a spin on the beltway, my daughter on the one she was interested in, and they let me go with her on a rental bike at no charge. We ended up buying an older bike that they used for rentals that was relatively cheap. We bought an over the rear tire rack and they were very gracious about staying past their closing time to put it on her bike and threw in a bottle holder also. The Frenchman that runs the floor and the bike mechanic were the absolute best. They treated us as though we had bought a more expensive bike. I definitely will be going back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked there after work, about 2 or 3 miles, and the mechanics in the back were drinking beer - so you know they dont mind bending the rules in their favor - but could I get them to rent me a bike overnight even though I was an hour passed the rental cut-off time? I asked the mechanic, and he referred me to the french-guy; that second guy told me to wait - he needed to find out if they had any bikes available, then he went back over to the beer-drinking mechanics. Okay, Wednesday, middle of the week, and you have like, 20 rentals lined up, not being used. Like I said, they dont mind bending the rules in their favor! Horrible service; they will treat you like an idiot! BEWARE!

Te first time I went was with my mom for Mothers Day and it was a lot of fun for all of us. My mom and sister rode a tandem bike and I ride rode a regular bike. I couldve sworn we were on it for hours but our total was $30. I went again yesterday with a group of 3 other people, we rode for 2 hours and each persons total was $10. All you have to do it leave your ID number with them to rent the bikes. They take cards and cash. They also have little child carriers that you can attach to the bike, if you have kids with you. Parking is also free and its right next to Ponce city market and krog street market.

Last Saturday I met friends for the FREE Beltline Bicycle tour. I do not have a bike in the city so I came early to Atlanta Beltline Bicycle to rent a bike for the day. The staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. Prices were fair I thought - $15 to rent for a day. I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. I think that they get pretty busy on the weekends so I would try to get there early. When I do get a bike in the city again, I will still think of ABB for any repairs that I might need!

I want to say thank you to Chatham for assembling my bike for me after Sports Authority abruptly stopped assembling bikes due to going out of business. I caught an Uber up there this morning to get it done and they had a lot of work to get done ahead of me. I told them Id wait. Chatham took the time out to assemble it and I was on my way in 3+ hours! I really appreciate it you guys!

Stopped in this morning because I was out running errands and noticed I had a flat upon leaving an appt. It was a short 0.4 miles from my location so I walked over. Diego was extremely helpful & polite. It was about a 5 minute wait to get to my bike then maybe another 10 (or less) to replace my tube. Great service and price & Im back to my day

#1 Seriously the best bike shop in Atlanta. Youd be crazy to go anywhere else. I made the mistake of not buying my bike here but I go to them to get it fixed and they never try to up sell me or lie to me. Everyone who works at this shop knows what theyre doing and theyre super friendly. Trustworthy. Exceptional service. Cool as hell.

People at the shop are always friendly and their used bike prices are reasonable. Although, I question the quality of their work since a couple of people I know have bought bikes from them that have fallen apart. They do have a 30 day free repair period to fix most issues but the bike should be soundly fixed before sold.

Awesome shop! Helpful, knowledgeable employees, great pricing, and quick turn-around times. My bike was ready to be picked up after a tune-up the next day! The only downside is parking is a little rough (bumpy gravel lot with minimal street-side parking) so be careful if you drive a low vehicle.

I purchased a nice, gently used Jamis Quest as a local beater bike. Great value, Tim (the owner) is super-knowledgeable, and their bike techs made quick adjustments to get me going on the new wheels in a jiffy. Ive been cycling a long time and have owned numerous bikes. These folks are legit.

Met some friends here for the free Beltline bike tour and we rented bikes for the day. The bikes were great and the staff was so helpful making sure everything fit and felt just right. Go early on a Saturday before they get busy, best way to see lots of the Beltline is on a Beltline Bicycle!

Absolutely LOVE these guys!!! Tim and Chadwin (hope Im spelling that correctly!) fixed my brake issue in a matter of minutes and I was back on the beltline and on my way. They were so helpful and very nice!!! Im sure they will be seeing more of me as I continue to ride and break my bike.

Rented bikes to ride that were obviously not maintained. Chain popped off 6 times and there was no hand break to stop without the cheap coaster/chain brake. Could have crashed. Negligent and crap bikes. Had to stop and fix bike chain myself with borrowed tools to make it back to the shop.

I love this place, they are so helpful, and knowledgeable. Please come here, you will not be disappointed. I have been to skate escape, you cant pay me to ever go back there. I rented 3 bikes plus a baby carriage, the price was excellent.

These guys are the best. Theyve helped me out in a pinch multiple times, and know every MTN bike trail in Atlanta. If you want to know what trails to ride, get your bike worked on, or just hang and chat, this is the place to go.

The front desk guy Angel was unlike his namesake. He was a rude. We were denied the blue bikes which were better than the black bikes given to us. These black bikes were old, rickety with torn seats that were uncomfortable

Did the Eastside Beltline Tour and it was really informative. The tour guide knew a lot about the beltline and the surrounding neighborhoods. Great if you want to get some exercise and get educated about the Beltline!
