Wow! Just wow!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I ordered my son glasses 3 weeks ago. Was expecting them to be ready for pick up any day.. I get a call yesterday stating they dont accept my insurance (I called before I went & ordered them to verify they accepted my insurance and they copied my insurance card at order and charged me 5$!!) I asked the lady on the phone how much they would cost if I paid cash and when could I have them by? She (with attitude) says: You would first have to pick out your frame, I mean we do have alot of different glasses, so I cant really tell you how much its gonna cost & it will take about 3 weeks... What!?! Are you kidding me... I picked out the frame 3 WEEKS AGO!! I told her I would just pick up my sons prescription and go somewhere else. That brings us to just now. I didnt think it could get more un professional.. I was SO wrong!! I arrive at Tower Optical at 12:30. A man working on glasses, glances over his shoulder and mumbles "What can I do for you?" I explain I just need to pick up my sons prescription. He says "You mean glasses, right?" No.. Just prescription. He fumbles around some papers and looks in a couple drawers and informs me he dont know where the prescription is. Maybe the girl coming in at 1:00 does. I asked if it was possible to call her or anyone that may know where it is. He says "No, I would just stop back by in a little bit." (I informed him I drove nearly 1/2 hour to get there.) "Well then you might just want to wait." he said. I go out to my car until 1:15, (over 45 minutes) for this woman to show up for work. She hands me the paper and refuses to give me back the $5. Telling me that is a fee for all the paperwork it takes to order the glasses. What glasses? Im not leaving with glasses because they dont know what kind of insurance they accept. Refused to tell me her name, so I could call management later to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your glasses. Im so disappointed.. I really liked the owner Anthony when I ordered the glasses, but all the rudeness, un-professionalism from employees and inconvenience is just unacceptable!!

I am very unhappy about the fact you do not get any warranty with your frames.I have Care source and got my glasses less than a year ago and my frames broke and they are charging me $55 plus tax for new frame.

Wonderful staff. Very accomodating! Very nice and knowledgable and GREAT prices! Even though they do not take insurance, the prices are unbeatable!
