I wanted to give this place a one star BUT I fell in love with a pair of versace glasses and plan on returning to the store to buy this pair. However, because of my terrible experience I am debating looking at another store all together. If your a girl I caution you of the blonde sales associate (shes probably about 56" and medium build with thick rimmed "nerd" glasses, to help you narrow it down incase another blonde works there) who is VERY rude. I walked into the store with my fiancé this past week (jul 17), both of us had told her that we had prescriptions but didnt have them on us so we were browsing the store for new lenses. She however ignored every word I said, and immediately ONLY helped him. She walked around the store gathering glasses (only for him) and even was offering to take pictures of him to compare the lenses side by side all the while Im struggling with trying every pair on in the store because Ive only ever bought glasses once (I wound up taking my own pictures on my smart phone since she refused to even acknowledge me but I was upset to find that lens crafters has an ipad meant just for this). I even tried approaching her multiple times but she would walk away and talk to the other MALE customers in the store. I say male so strongly because I never saw her talking to the other woman who were in the store as well. I was VERY upset with this disrespectful and rude customer service. So mad that its been two days and I had to come on here to review it. Its not hard to be helpful to all your customers, I serve tables and have had multiple more customers than the 5 of us in the store that day and am still respectful and helpful to all of my guests. That in its self made me mad, but put on top of that trying to flirt with my fiancé right in front of me, a CUSTOMER, made me irate. If she is there when I go to purchase my glasses next time I will take my business to another store. This was by far the most terrible shopping experience I have EVER had excluding the fact that I ON MY OWN found a cute pair of glasses.

The Lenscrafters was great but the doctors office next door was horrible. I went with my family for optical appt its was professionally handled my son and husband got their contacts but I have waited two months for mine!!!! I went in on two different occasions according to outgoing message they were suppose to be open but they were not. I could never get lens crafters to help get my contacts they were nice about it but they didnt have a clue how to get my contacts because doctors office wont let them do pick ups without prior knowledge of someone coming in .. I came in twice and called three times... Optical office after initial appt was rude, uncaring and clueless! I needed contacts that same day as my first appt, I have never had a wait anywhere ... uggggggggg Optical today said they say they will mail them we will see how that goes supposedly I will get them in three days if i do I will change my rating .. wish me luck I need my contacts! The person I spoke with today was friendly and helpful... hopefully!

My 12 year old daughter was going to get contacts for the first time. It was not a good experience. The receptionist seemed to be the one to direct us to a room and begin giving direction on how to put them in. She doesnt even wear contacts. Then after some direction, left the room. A second person whose name and qualifications were unknown then came in 20 minutes later, gave brief direction and left. Another 20 minutes of trying to get contacts into her eye, a third person whom I assume was a doctor (wore a white lab coat) then came in and gave a few words of advice. For the 45 minutes we were there, I was the one coaching my daughter and I dont wear contacts! I paid maybe $40 in a previous visit for this consultation and received only a very frustrated child who left without contacts. No one introduced themselves and were not interested enough to even stay in the room with her. I will not be returning.

Took my teenage daughter for contacts fitting. I had an appointment but walk ins were seen before us. When we finally got in, the optometrist was very impatient and rude. Not informative when asked questions. Was never asked to buy contacts and I was given a prescription that when I took elsewhere to buy the contacts, I was told it was for glasses, so I had to go back there to get one for contacts. Will NOT return. Do NOT recommend.

Great experience, optometrist was really detail oriented and very pleasant. Showroom was good and I got exactly what I wanted. The only downside was the amount of time, but given the time of year and lack of appointment it was reasonable.

Whats the point of having an appointment if youre still waiting 2 hours later to see the doctor?
