I have been had glasses and yearly exams for the past 20 years of my life (I am mid 30s). During that time I knew that I had vision issues but was not sure how to explain what was really wrong with my vision. Dr. Edwards took his time and completely explained what is "wrong" with my eyes and what it causes and/or how it impacts people who deal with it. For years I have tried to explain to my husband what was the issue and could not really do so - just to say I have a stigmatism, I see flashes of lights or shadows, I get glares, but the Drs time and attention and explanation made life and trying to understand my own eyes much easier. The entire staff was friendly and the office was clean. My glasses fit perfect and the perscription was spot on! best experience in 20+ years.

I do not recommend this place!!! The doctor was nice & informative. But I went in as an emergency as a cash patient was quoted a fee of $95 & when I got there the doctor said that since I had a medical policy he would code the procedure under the policy & only collect my $50 deductible & that I would not get a bill that he would write off any difference. Three weeks later I got a bill of $54 & when I called about it they had no record of what the doctor said & it took the 3 days to get back to me to tell me that they would discount it down to $45...yes that might now be much to others but when told something & then get a bill for more than the first initial fee quoted $95. Very unhappy & wont be back & will not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr Edwards and his entire staff. They scheduled my appointment at a convenient time one day after I called to set up the appointment. Dr Edwards was ready to see me exactly at my scheduled appointment time and was very thorough and informative with all of my eye care questions and needs. His entire staff was fantastic. They spent a great deal of time with me helping me pick out my glasses and going over all of the lens options. Great Experience!!

I visited Edwards to pickup grandsons glasses and they offered me a discount if I purchased my glasses with them. I went back picked out frames and decided to check other places for prices. They were actually cheaper and I ultimately ordered my glasses from them. I picked up my glasses today and am very pleased. I am excited I can see very well with them. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This was a very pleasant office to work with. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly. The location is convenient. The office itself is pleasant. The doctor was friendly and thorough. The exam was very complete. Unlike other places, I did not feel like I was hurried through and treated like a volume customer. Their friendly personal service was very appreciated.

Initially, I visited Edwards Eye Care after a terrible experience with another in network eye doctor in Canton. The difference in the service was astounding. I have had a challenging prescription for decades and Doctor Edwards was able to get everything correct. I have friends in the community that also visit Dr. Edwards. He, and his staff, are highly recommendable.
